Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh supervisi akademik kepala sekolah terhadap kualitas pembelajaran guru, untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi kerja guru terhadap kualitas pembelajaran guru, untuk menganalisis pengaruh supervisi akademik kepala sekolah dan motivasi kerja guru secara bersama-sama terhadap kualitas pembelajaran guru SMP Negeri di Kabupaten Magetan.
Metode penelitian dengan pendekatan kuantitatif untuk menguji teori objektif dengan menguji pengaruh antar variabel. Populasi penelitian Guru ASN di SMP Negeri di Kabupaten Magetan dengan jumlah 866 guru dan penentuan sampel menggunakan proportional random sampling yaitu 273 guru. Instrumen penelitian adalah non tes, yakni berupa angket atau kuesioner. Teknik analisis data dengan uji deskriptif statistic, uji prasyarat, dan uji regresi berganda.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Supervisi akademik kepala Sekolah berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kualitas pembelajaran guru dengan nilai t-hitung sebesar 3,094. 2) motivasi kerja guru berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kualitas pembelajaran guru dengan nilai t-hitung adalah sebesar 3,856. 3) supervisi akademik kepala sekolah dan motivasi kerja guru berpengaruh signifikan secara bersama-sama terhadap kualitas pembelajaran guru dengan nilai masing-masing variabel yang saling berkontribusi (0.387 untuk X1, 0.495 untuk X2). Sehingga secara keseluruhan hipotesis penelitian diterima dan signifikan

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of principal's academic supervision on the quality of teacher learning, to analyze the effect of teacher work motivation on the quality of teacher learning, to analyze the effect of principal's academic supervision and teacher work motivation together on the quality of teacher learning in public junior high schools in Magetan Regency.
The research method with a quantitative approach to test the objective theory by testing the influence between variables. The research population of ASN teachers in public junior high schools in Magetan Regency with a total of 866 teachers and sampling using proportional random sampling of 273 teachers. The research instrument is a non-test, which is a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques with descriptive statistical tests, prerequisite tests, and multiple regression tests.
The results showed that: 1) Principal's academic supervision has a significant effect on the quality of teacher learning with a t-count value of 3.094. 2) Teacher work motivation has a significant effect on the quality of teacher learning with a t-count value of 3.856. 3) principals' academic supervision and teachers' work motivation have a significant effect together on the quality of teacher learning with the value of each variable contributing to each other (0.387 for X1, 0.495 for X2). So that the overall research hypothesis is accepted and significant.
