PENGEMBANGAN YESTOYA’S ELECTRONIC COUNSELING SERVICES (YECOS_BOT) SEBAGAI MEDIA KONSELING PASTORAL UNTUK MAHASISWA TEOLOGI YESTOYA YANG TIDAK DAPAT MENYESUAIKAN DIRI

DEVELOPMENT OF YESTOYA'S ELECTRONIC COUNSELING SERVICES (YECOS_BOT) AS A PASTORAL COUNSELING MEDIA FOR MALADJUSTED YESTOYA THEOLOGY STUDENTS

    Layanan bimbingan konseling di perguruan tinggi adalah salah satu aspek yang paling penting namun sering diremehkan keberadaannya. Sebagai salah satu perguruan tinggi di Indonesia, Sekolah Tinggi Teologi Yestoya (STTY) adalah perguruan tinggi khusus untuk orang-orang yang ingin menjadi pendeta atau pelayan gereja. Namun di STTY tidak memiliki layanan bimbingan dan konseling dan mahasiswa di STTY memiliki permasalahan dalam penyesuaian diri karena berasal dari daerah yang berbeda-beda.

        Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan produk berupa YECOS Broadcast Bot, YECOS Bot dan sebuah Buku Pedoman untuk dapat memberikan layanan konseling pastoral yang memenuhi kriteria aksebilitas produk yang terdiri dari kegunaan, kelayakan, ketepatan dan kepatutan.

     Penelitian ini menggunakan 5 tahapan penelitian dari research and development atau R&D dari Borg and Gall (1983). Kelima tahapan tersebut adalah penelian dan pengumpulan data, perencanaan, pengembangan draft produk, uji coba skala kecil, dan revisi produk tahap awal.

     Hasil uji materi bot Telegram dan buku pedoman menunjukkan presentase 97% dan 93% sehingga dapat dikategorikan sebagai sangat layak. Hasil uji media bot Telegram dan buku pedoman menunjukkan presentase 89%  sehingga dapat dikategorikan sebagai sangat layak. Hasil uji keterbacaan calon anggota bot Telegram dan buku pedoman menunjukkan presentase 90% dan 92% sehingga dapat dikategorikan sangat layak. Maka dengan itu, dapat disimpulkan bahwa YECOS Broadcast Bot, YECOS Bot dan Buku Pedoman telah memenuhi kriteria aksebilitas. 

    Counseling guidance services in higher education is one of the most important yet often underestimated aspects of higher education. As one of the universities in Indonesia, Yestoya Theological College (STTY) is a specialized college for people who want to become pastors or church ministers. However, STTY does not have guidance and counseling services and students at STTY have problems in self-adjustment because they come from different regions.

    The purpose of this research is to develop products in the form of YECOS Broadcast Bot, YECOS Bot and a Guidebook to be able to provide pastoral counseling services that meet product accessibility criteria consisting of usefulness, feasibility, accuracy and appropriateness.

    This research utilizes 5 stages of research and development or R&D from Borg and Gall (1983).     The results of the Telegram bot material test and guidebook show a percentage of 97% and 93% so that it can be categorized as very feasible. The results of the Telegram bot media test and guidebook show a percentage of 89% so that it can be categorized as very feasible. The results of the readability test of prospective Telegram bot members and guidebooks show a percentage of 90% and 92% so that it can be categorized as very feasible. Therefore, it can be concluded that YECOS Broadcast Bot, YECOS Bot and Guidebook have met the accessibility criteria.
