Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Pembelajaran Guru terhadap Motivasi Belajar Sisswa di SMP Negeri 10 Mataram
THE INFLUENCE OF TEACHERS' LEARNING LEADERSHIP ON STUDENTS' LEARNING MOTIVATION IN SMP NEGERI 10 MATARAM
This research aims to determine the results of the satisfaction level of
teacher learning leadership, describe the level of student learning
motivation and examine the influence of teacher learning leadership on
student learning motivation at SMPN 10 Mataram. The problems
examined in this research relate to learning leadership carried out by
teachers using the grand theory from Kartini Kartono and the theory of
student learning motivation from John M. Keller. The research method
used is quantitative with a simple regression analysis approach. Data
obtained through the results of a questionnaire using a Likert scale where
the respondents were 272 students in grades 7, 8 and 9 of SMPN 10
Mataram. The results of this research show that (1) teacher learning
leadership at SMPN 10 Mataram is in the medium category. (2) student
learning motivation at SMPN 10 Mataram is in the medium category.
(3) there is a positive influence between the teacher learning leadership
variable (X) on student learning motivation (Y) at SMPN 10 Mataram
as evidenced by a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05.
