Pengaruh Ukuran Pola Origami Red Flower Tessellation Terhadap Hasil Jadi Tote Bag Berbahan Denim
The Effect of the Red Flower Tessellation Origami Pattern on the Final Ressult of Denim Tote Bags
Tren mode saat ini membutuhkan adanya inovasi dalam desain produk, termasuk aksesoris seperti tote bag. Penggunaan metode kreatif dalam produksi tote bag, salah satunya dengan origami tekstil. Teknik origami red flower tessellation dipilih karena desain lipatannya simetris dan menarik, sehingga dapat meningkatkan nilai estetika produk. Penelitian ini mengkaji perbedaan hasil tote bag berbahan denim dengan 3 jenis ukuran pola origami red flower tessellation. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan (1) hasil jadi tote bag berbahan denim dengan pola origami red flower tessellation berukuran 6 cm x 6 cm, (2) hasil jadi tote bag berbahan denim dengan pola origami red flower tessellation berukuran 8cm x 8cm, (3) hasil jadi tote bag berbahan denim dengan pola origami red flower tessellation berukuran 10cm x 10cm, (4) pengaruh ukuran pola origami red flower tessellation terhadap hasil jadi tote bag dengan kain denim.
Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen, menggunakan metode penyebaran kuesioner kepada 30 observer, terdiri atas 5 ahli dan 25 mahasiswa. Teknik analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif, uji normalitas Kolmogorov-Smirnov, uji asumsi sphericity, Repeated Measures ANOVA, dan uji lanjut post-hoc. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) hasil tote bag dengan pola origami ukuran 6 cm x 6 cm mendapat skor rata-rata terendah yaitu 47.77, (2) hasil tote bag dengan pola origami ukuran 8 cm x 8 cm mendapat skor rata-rata lebih tinggi dibanding ukuran 6 cm x 6cm yaitu 49.50, (3) hasil tote bag dengan pola origami ukuran 10 cm x 10 cm mendapat skor rata-rata tertinggi yaitu 53,27, (4) terdapat pengaruh pola origami ukuran 6cm x 6 cm, 8 cm x 8 cm, dan 10 cm x 10 cm terhadap hasil jadi tote bag. Penilaian tertinggi ada pada tote bag dengan pola origami berukuran 10 cm x 10 cm ditinjau dari aspek kestabilan, kerapian dan bentuk/ struktur origami.

Current fashion trends require innovation in product design, including accessories such as tote bags. One creative method used in the production of tote bags is textile origami. The red flower tessellation origami technique was chosen because its folding design is symmetrical and attractive, thereby enhancing the aesthetic value of the product. This study examines the differences between denim tote bags with three types of red flower tessellation origami patterns. The objectives of this study are to describe (1) the finished denim tote bag with a 6 cm x 6 cm red flower tessellation origami pattern, (2) the finished product of a denim tote bag with an 8 cm x 8 cm red flower tessellation origami pattern, (3) the finished product of a denim tote bag with a 10 cm x 10 cm red flower tessellation origami pattern , (4) the effect of the size of the red flower tessellation origami pattern on the finished denim tote bag.
This research is experimental research, using a questionnaire distribution method to 30 observers, consisting of 5 experts and 25 students. Data analysis techniques used descriptive statistics, Kolmogorov-Smirnov normality test, sphericity assumption test, Repeated Measures ANOVA, and post-hoc follow-up test. The results show that (1) tote bags with a 6 cm x 6 cm origami pattern received the lowest average score of 47.77, (2) tote bags with an 8 cm x 8 cm origami pattern received a higher average score than those with a 6 cm x 6 cm pattern, namely 49.50, (3) tote bags with a 10 cm x 10 cm origami pattern received the highest average score of 53.27, (4) there was an influence of the 6 cm x 6 cm, 8 cm x 8 cm, and 10 cm x 10 cm origami patterns on the finished tote bags. The highest score was given to the tote bag with a 10 cm x 10 cm origami pattern in terms of stability, neatness, and origami shape/structure.
