Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh modal psikologi, employee engagement, kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan perusahaan industri keramik di Jawa Timur.
Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Penelitian dilaksanakan dalam dua tahap yaitu tahap awal berupa uji validitas dan reabilitas angket kemudian dilanjutkan dengan tahap pelaksanaan berupa penyebaran angket. Sampel yang diambil sebanyak 93 karyawan yang ada di 3 perusahaan diantaranya PT. Kimliong Keramik Indonesia, PT. Kobin Keramik Industri dan PT. Platinum Ceramic Industri. Analisis penelitian menggunakan pendekatan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan menggunakan metode analisis Partial Least Square (PLS).
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh positif signifikan modal psikologi terhadap employee engagement, modal psikologi pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, modal psikologi pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, employee engagement berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan, kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap employee engagement.
This study aims to determine the influence of Psychological Capital, Employee engagement, Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance of ceramics industry companies in East Java.
This study uses a quantitative approach. The research was carried out in two stages, namely the initial stage in the form of a questionnaire validity and reliability test then continued with the implementation stage in the form of questionnaires. Samples taken as many as 93 employees spread across 3 locations of PT. Kimliong Indonesian Ceramics, PT. Kobin Ceramics Industry and PT. Platinum Ceramic Industry. The analysis of the study used the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) approach using the Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis method.
The results of the test on the variables show that indicate a significant positive effect of Psychological Capital on employee engagement, Psychological Capital has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, Psychological Capital has a significant positive effect on employee performance, employee engagement has a positive effect on employee performance, job satisfaction has a positive effect on employee performance, and Job satisfaction has a positive effect on employee engagement.
