MANAGEMENT OF PHYSICAL EDUCATION FACILITIES AND INFRASTRUCTURE IN VOCATIONAL HIGH SCHOOLS IN BOJONEGORO DISTRICT, BOJONEGORO REGENCY
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis persepsi siswa dan guru terhadap ketersediaan dan kondisi sarana prasarana pendidikan jasmani, olahraga, dan kesehatan (PJOK) di lima Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) Negeri di Kecamatan Bojonegoro, Kabupaten Bojonegoro, Indonesia. Pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 428 siswa dan 11 guru PJOK. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan variasi signifikan dalam tingkat kepuasan. Sebanyak 31% siswa merasa puas atau sangat puas, namun 33% lainnya merasa kurang puas atau sangat tidak puas, terutama karena kebersihan ruang ganti yang buruk (skor rata-rata 2,97) dan keterbatasan alat olahraga (skor rata-rata 3,50). Sebaliknya, guru menunjukkan kepuasan lebih tinggi, dengan 54% merasa puas atau sangat puas, terutama pada aspek penjadwalan lapangan (skor rata-rata 4,01). Kesenjangan persepsi ini mengindikasikan perlunya perbaikan dalam pemeliharaan dan pengelolaan fasilitas untuk mendukung pembelajaran PJOK yang efektif.

This study aims to analyze the perceptions of students and teachers regarding the availability and condition of physical education, sports, and health (PJOK) facilities at five public vocational high schools (SMK) in the Bojonegoro, Indonesia. A quantitative approach was employed by distributing questionnaires to 428 students and 11 PJOK teachers. The results revealed significant variations in satisfaction levels. A total of 31% of students reported feeling satisfied or very satisfied, while 33% expressed dissatisfaction or strong dissatisfaction, particularly due to poor cleanliness in changing rooms (average score of 2.97) and limited sports equipment (average score of 3.50). In contrast, teachers reported higher satisfaction levels, with 54% feeling satisfied or very satisfied, especially regarding field scheduling (average score of 4.01). This gap in perception highlights the need for improvements in the maintenance and management of facilities to support effective PJOK learning.
