KAJIAN PELAYANAN POSYANDU KELILING DI RW 08 KELURAHAN WONOKROMO, SURABAYA SAAT PANDEMI COVID – 19
STUDY OF MOBILE POSYANDU SERVICES IN RW 08 WONOKROMO VILLAGE, SURABAYA DURING THE COVID PANDEMIC – 19
Pada saat pandemi Covid – 19, Dinas Kesehatan Kota Surabaya melakukan inovasi dengan mengubah posyandu konvensional menjadi posyandu keliling. Selama pelaksanaan posyandu keliling berlangsung, pelayanan kesehatan balita masih dirasa kurang optimal baik dari segi kuantitas maupun kualitas, hal tersebut diperkuat dengan hasil pra penelitian yaitu sebanyak 8 dari 10 ibu balita atau 80% merasa belum puas dengan pelayanan posyandu keliling. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pelayanan posyandu; menganalisis pengaruh usia ibu, pendidikan ibu, pekerjaan ibu, pendapatan keluarga, usia balita serta kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pelayanan posyandu; dan mendeskripsikan kendala yang dihadapi dalam pelayanan posyandu.
Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 115 ibu balita dengan sampel penelitian sebanyak 53 ibu balita. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan wawancara terstruktur menggunakan kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis univariat dengan presentase dan bivariat dengan uji chi square.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelayanan posyandu pada kategori kurang sebesar 66% dan kategori baik sebesar 34%; hasil uji chi square menunjukkan bahwa variabel usia ibu, pendidikan ibu, pekerjaan ibu, pendapatan keluarga, usia balita tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelayanan di semua posyandu baik Posyandu Cendrawasih, Posyandu Gelatik dan Posyandu Nuri. Variabel kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelayanan posyandu di Posyandu Cendrawasih (p=0,088) dengan relative risk = 2,58 serta tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelayanan posyandu di Posyandu Gelatik dan Nuri; Kendala yang dihadapi dalam pelayanan posyandu yaitu jadwal kunjungan pelayanan posyandu ke rumah balita yang tidak tentu (54,7%), kurang aktifnya kader posyandu dalam melakukan pelayanan kesehatan balita (15,1%), serta ada kecemasan ibu balita terhadap penyebaran virus corona pada balita (30,2%).
During the Covid – 19 pandemic, the Surabaya City Health Office innovated by turning conventional posyandu into mobile posyandu. During the implementation of mobile posyandu, toddler health services are still considered less optimal both in terms of quantity and quality, it is reinforced by the results of pre-research that as many as 8 out of 10 mothers of toddlers or 80% are dissatisfied with the service of monile posyandu. The purpose of this research is to find out the posyandu service; knowing the influence of maternal age, maternal education, maternal work, family income, toddler age and quality of service to the satisfaction of posyandu services; and the obstacles faced in posyandu services.
The type of research used is descriptive quantitative. The population in this study was 115 toddler mothers with a research sample of 53 toddler mothers. Data collection techniques with structured interviews using questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis techniques in this study use univariate analysis with percentage and bivariate with chi square test.
The results showed that the posyandu service in the category of less by 66% and the good category by 34%; chi square test results showed that the variable maternal age, maternal education, maternal work, family income, toddler age had no significant effect on service satisfaction in all posyandu both Posyandu Cendrawasih, Posyandu Gelatik and Posyandu Nuri. Variable quality of service significantly affects the satisfaction of posyandu services in Posyandu Cendrawasih (p=0,088) with relative risk 2,58 and had no significant effect on the satisfaction of posyandu services in Posyandu Gelatik and Posyandu Nuri; and the obstacles faced in posyandu service are the schedule of visits to indynate posyandu services the toddler’s home (54,7%), the lack of active posyandu cadres in performing toddler health services (15,1%), and there is anxiety of the toddller mothers to spread of corona virus in toddlers (30,2%).
