PROFIL KONDISI FISIK ATLET PENCAK SILAT PPLPD BOJONEGORO IAWA TIMUR TAHUN 2020
PROFILE OF THE PHYSICAL CONDITION OF THE PPLPD BOJONEGORO SILAT ATHLETES IN EAST JAVA 2020
Pencak Silat merupakan seni beladiri yang membutuhkan keterampilan teknik dan kemampuan fisik seperti kekuatan, kecepatan, kelicahan, daya tahan, dan koordinasi tubuh. Pentingnya kondsi fisik dalam Pencak Silat menuntut seorang atlet harus berlatih secara progresif . Maksud dari melatih kondisi fisik ialah proses meningkatkan kemampuan fisik dengan sacara sistematis dan berkala untuk meraih kemampuan maksimal.
Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk mengetahui kondisi fisik atlet Pencak Silat PPLD Bojonegoro Jawa Timur dengan melakukan tes kekuatan,kelincahan,kecepatan,daya tahan, kelenturan,dan daya ledak. Subjek dari penelitian ini adalah 10 orang atlet Pencak Silat PPLD Bojonegoro yang terdiri dari 5 orang atlet putra dan 5 orang atlet putri.
Hasil peneltian menunjukkan daya tahan atlet putra rata-rata 9.16 termasuk kategori baik sekali dan atlet putri 7,24 termasuk kategori baik. Rata-rata kecepatan atlet putra 3,254 termasuk kategori baik sekali dan atlet putri 3,496 termasuk kategori baik sekali. Rata-rata kelincahan atlet putra 12,5 termasuk kategori baik dan atlet putri 14,15 termasuk kategori baik. Rata-rata kekuatan otot perut atlet putra 28,6 termasuk kategori kurang sekali dan atlet putri 28,4 termasuk kategori kurang sekali. Rata-rata kekuatan otot lengan atlet putra 39.8 termasuk kategori baik sekali dan atlet putri 34.4 termasuk kategori baik. Rata-rata daya ledak otot tungkai 2.05 termasuk kategori sedang dan atlet putri 2,004 termasuk kategori baik. Rata-rata kelentukan atlet putra 31,2 termasuk kategori sedang dan atlet putri 31,3 termasuk kategori baik. Ini menunjukkan atlet putra perlu meningkatkan kekuatan otot perut, daya ledak otot tungkai dan kelentukan. Sedangkan atlet putri perlu meningkatkan kekuatan otot perut dan mempertahankan kondisi kemampuan fisik yang lain.
Pencak Silat is a martial art that requires technical skills and physical abilities such as strength, speed, agility, endurance, and body coordination. The importance of physical conditions in Pencak Silat requires an athlete to train progressively. The purpose of training physical conditions is the process of increasing physical abilities systematically and periodically to achieve maximum abilities.
This study aimed to determine the physical condition of the PPLD Bojonegoro East Java Pencak Silat athletes by conducting tests of strength, agility, speed, endurance, flexibility and explosive power. The subjects of this study were 10 PPLD Bojonegoro Pencak Silat athletes consisting of 5 male athletes and 5 female athletes.
The results of the study showed that male athletes had an average endurance of 9.16 in the very good category and 7.24 for female athletes in the good category. The average speed of male athletes was 3,254 in very good category and female athletes 3,496 were in very good category. The average agility of male athletes was 12.5 in the good category and 14.15 for female athletes was in the good category. The average abdominal muscle strength for male athletes was 28.6 in the very low category and 28.4 for female athletes in the very poor category. The average arm muscle strength of male athletes was 39.8 in the very good category and 34.4 for female athletes was in the good category. The average explosive power of leg muscles was 2.05 in the moderate category and 2,004 for female athletes was in the good category. The average flexibility of male athletes was 31.2 in the moderate category and female athletes was 31.3 in the good category. This shows that male athletes need to improve abdominal muscle strength, leg muscle explosiveness and flexibility. Meanwhile, female athletes need to improve abdominal muscle strength and maintain the condition of other physical abilities.
