Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh efikasi diri, teman sebaya dan motivasi belajar secara parsial dan simultan terhadap hasil belajar akuntansi bank jurusan perbankan SMK Swastadi Sidoarjo tahun 2017/2018. Penelitian tentang hasil belajar berfungsi untuk memaksimalkan proses pembelajaran sehingga dperoleh pemahaman tentang faktor yang mempengaruhi keberhasilan belajar, pemahaman tersebut penting untuk menentukan latar belakang dan penyebab kesulitan belajar yang mungkin dialami selama proses pembelajaran.
Penelitian ini memakai pendekatan kuantitatif, dimana teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode angket dan dokumentasi. Populasi sebanyak 275 peserta didik, sedangkan sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 163 peserta didik. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik proportional random sampling. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) Efikasi diri berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar akuntansi jurusan perbankan SMK Swasta di Sidoarjo, (2) Teman sebaya berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar akuntansi jurusan perbankan SMK Swasta di Sidoarjo, (3) Motivasi belajar berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar akuntansi jurusan perbankan SMK Swasta di Sidoarjo, (4) Efikasi diri, teman sebaya dan motivasi belajar bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap hasil belajar akuntansi jurusan perbankan SMK Swasta di Sidoarjo. Adapun saran yang diharapkan hasil penelitian ini dapat menjadi evaluasi bagi pendidik mengenai adanya pengaruh efikasi diri, teman sebaya, dan motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik.

The sampling technique uses proportional random sampling technique. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that (1) Self-efficacy influences the accounting learning outcomes of the banking department of Private Vocational School in Sidoarjo, (2) Peers influence the accounting learning outcomes of the private vocational banking department in Sidoarjo, (3) Learning motivation influences the accounting learning outcomes of majors banking in Private Vocational Schools in Sidoarjo, (4) Self-efficacy, peers and learning motivation together have a significant effect on the accounting learning outcomes of the banking department of Private Vocational Schools in Sidoarjo. The suggestions that are expected from the results of this study can be an evaluation for educators regarding the influence of self-efficacy, peers, and learning motivation on student learning outcomes.
