IMPLEMENTASI PROGRAM CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY (CSR) PUSAT RESTORASI DAN PEMBELAJARAN MANGROVE MENGARE

IMPLEMENTATION OF CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY (CSR) MANGROVE RESTORATION AND LEARNING CENTER (PRPM) MENGARE PROGRAM

Pusat Restorasi dan Pembelajaran Mangrove (PRPM) yang berlokasi di Desa Tanjung Widoro, Kecamatan Bungah, Kabupaten Gresik merupakan salah satu output program Bina Lingkungan Community Development Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) PT Petrokimia Gresik yang bertujuan untuk melakukan konservasi mangrove, mengurangi dampak abrasi, dan memberdayakan masyarakat pesisir. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui implementasi program CSR PRPM dengan tinjauan aspek Triple Bottom Line (TBL) dan Community Development. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan paradigma konstruktivis dan metode penelitian studi kasus (case study) demi memudahkan untuk mengetahui konstruksi realita sosial berdasarkan bagaimana (how) dan mengapa (why) sebuah peristiwa terjadi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode wawancara semi terstruktur, observasi pasif partisipatif, dan dokumentasi peristiwa yang lalu. Validasi data dilakukan dengan triangulasi teknik dan sumber, sedangkan analisis data menggunakan model analisis interaktif Miles & Huberman. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa CSR PRPM diimplementasikan dalam tahapan yang terdiri dari perencanaan, implementasi kegiatan, evaluasi, dan pelaporan. Aspek Community Development dan Triple Bottom Line (TBL) telah diimplementasikan dengan baik meski terdapat beberapa bagian yang harus diperbaiki. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi bahan literasi dan referensi terkait pengetahuan implementasi program CSR dan Community Development yang merupakan bagian dari Communication Development bagi akademisi, instansi dan perguruan tinggi, maupun masyarakat umum.

Mangrove Restoration and Learning Center (PRPM) located in Tanjung Widoro Village, Bungah Subdistrict, Gresik Regency is one of the outputs of the Community Development Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program of PT Petrokimia Gresik which aims to conserve mangroves, reduce the impact of abrasion, and empower coastal communities. The purpose of this study is to determine the implementation of the PRPM CSR program with a review of the Triple Bottom Line (TBL) and Community Development aspects. The research type is descriptive qualitative with a constructivist paradigm and case study research method to facilitate the construction of social reality based on how and why events occur. Data collection was conducted using semi- structured interviews, passive participatory observation, and documentation of past events. Data validation was done by triangulating techniques and sources, while data analysis used the Miles & Huberman interactive analysis model. The results of this study show that PRPM CSR is implemented in stages consisting of planning, activity implementation, evaluation, and reporting. Community Development and Triple Bottom Line (TBL) aspects have been implemented well although there are some parts that must be improved. This research is expected to be a literacy and reference material related to the knowledge of the implementation of CSR and Community Development programs
