Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh analisis pengaruh intellectual capital  terhadap nilai perusahaan dengan kinerja keuangan sebagai variabel intervening. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan yang secara berturut-turut terdaftar dalam indek LQ 45 di BEI pada tahun 2013-2017. Penelitian ini menggunakan SEM (Structural Equation Modelling) pada WarpPLS sebagai alat uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa intellectual capital  terhadap nilai perusahaan. Sedangkan nilai perusahaan terbukti berpengaruh signifikan sebagai variabel intervening secara parsial dalam hubungan intellectual capital  dan nilai perusahaan.

The purpose of this research is to investigate the influence of intellectual capital on firm’s value with using financial perfromance as intervening variable. The sample in this research are all firm  indexed on LQ 45 in Indonesian Stock Exchange from 2015-2017 period. This research used SEM (Structual Equation Modelling) with WarpPLS to test the hypothesis. The result shows that intellectual capital significantly effect firm’s value. Also, financial performance came out as partial mediation variable that significantly effect the relationship of intellectual capital and firm’s value.
