Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengembangan media spinning question, kelayakan media pembelajaran spinning question, dan respon peserta didik terhadap media pembelajaran spinning question.
Jenis penelitian ini pengembangan R&D (Research and Development)dengan model 4D (define, design, develop, disseminate)dari Thiagarajan, yang dilakukan hingga tahap pengembangan. Penelitian ini diuji cobakan kepada 20 peserta didik. penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengumpulan data kualitatif dan kuantitatif.
Dari hasil penelitian dapat diketahui pengembangan media pembelajaran spinning question telah sesuai dengan langkah-langkah model pengembangan Thiagarajan yakni model pengembangan 4D, presentase validasi dari ahli materi yang didapat sebesar 89%, ahli media sebesar 84%, dan angket yang diuji cobakan kepada 20 peserta didik mendapatkan presentase sebesar 95%. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa media pembelajaran spinning question layak digunakan pada materi kerja sama ekonomi internasional.

The purpose of this study was to determine the development of media spinning question, the feasibility of spinning question learning media, and the response of students to the media spinning question learning.
This type of research is the development of R & D (Research and Development) with the 4D model (define, design, develop, disseminate) from Thiagarajan, which is carried out until the development stage. This study was tested on 20 students. this study uses qualitative and quantitative data collection methods.
From the results of the research it can be seen that the development of spinning question learning media is in accordance with the steps of the Thiagarajan development model, namely the 4D development model, the percentage of validation from the material experts obtained is 88%, media experts are 84%, and the questionnaire is tested to 20 students get a percentage of 95%. It can be concluded that the media of spinning question learning is appropriate to be used in the material of international economic cooperation.
