Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan serta menganalisis tentang 1 Implementasi Model Kurikulum Terintegrasi di SDIT At Taqwa. 2 kompetensi pendidik dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran kurikulum At Taqwa Surabaya 3 karakteristik perkembangan siswa dalam manajemen kurikulum At Taqwa Surabaya.
Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Pengambilan data menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah kondensasi data, penyajian data, verifikasi data. Uji keabsahan data dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan triangulasi sumber data, triangulasi teknik, dan membercheck.
Hasil penelitian di lapangan dapat dijelaskan sebagai berikut. 1 Konsep implementasi kurikulum terintegrasi SDIT At Taqwa ialah konsep humanistik. Hal ini terjadi dikarenakan adanya arahan dan kebebasan dalam mengasah bakat dan minat anak lewat program student club dan adanya hubungan yang baik antara guru dan murid. Pelaksanaan pembelajaran berbasis kurikulum integrasi di SDIT At Taqwa Surabaya dimulai pada 07.00 untuk memulai mengaji dan setor hafalan di guru setiap kelas dalam 30 menit selanjutnya di laksanakan pembelajaran dikelas dan berakhir pada pukul 13.30 WIB. 2 a. kompetensi pendidik dalam melaksanakan kurikulum At Taqwa ialah kompetensi pedagogik pada guru SDIT At-Taqwa ialah guru yang sudah diterima di SDIT At Taqwa akan menjalani pelatihan berupa pelatihan evaluasi penilaian, pembuatan RPP dan lain-lain, b. Kompetensi Profesional guru SDIT At Taqwa ialah guru yang mengajarkan tidak selalu dari latar belakang pendidikan dan juga tidak selalu lulusan PGSD, c. Kompetensi kepribadian guru SDIT At Taqwa tidak hanya mengajarkan lewat pembelajaran namun juga mencontohkan dan mempraktikan, d. Kompetensi sosial guru SDIT At Taqwa sangat baik dan terjaga. Disaat waktu pelatihan di akhir pekan guru saling bertukar info dalam pembelajaran dan guru di SDIT At Taqwa bersifat memotivasi satu sama lain, e. Cara yang digunakan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru ialah dengan cara pelatihan rutin setiap minggu hari sabtu ketika siswa libur sekolah dan setiap semester ketika libur semester yang diadakan oleh lembaga. 3 karakteristik perkembangan siswa dalam implementasi kurikulum At Taqwa Surabaya ialah peningkatan prestasi secara akademik ataupun non akademik melalui student club dan program SDIT At Taqwa, perubahan di segi agama yang lebih rajin beribadah dan mengerti makna Al-quran dan hafalan-hafalan surat.

This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Retrieval of data using interview, observation and documentation techniques. Analysis of the data used is data condensation, data presentation, data verification. The validity test of the data is carried out using data source triangulation, technical triangulation, and member check.
The results of research in the field can be explained as follows. 1 The concept of implementing the integrated curriculum of SDIT At Taqwa is a humanistic concept. This happens because of the direction and freedom in honing children's talents and interests through student club programs and the existence of good relationships between teachers and students. The implementation of curriculum-based integration learning at SDIT At Taqwa Surabaya began at 07.00 to begin the recitation and memorization deposit in each teacher in the next 30 minutes in the classroom and ended at 13.30 WIB. 2 a. the competence of educators in implementing the At Taqwa curriculum is that pedagogic competence for SDIT At Taqwa teachers is that teachers who have been accepted at At Taqwa SDIT will undergo training in the form of evaluation evaluation training, preparation of lesson plans and others, b. Professional competency of teachers SDIT At Taqwa is a teacher who teaches not always from an educational background and also not always a PGSD graduate, c.
