Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh latihan zig-zag run terhadap kemampuan dribbling pemain futsal BFC U-16 Surabaya. Latihan ini dipilih karena diyakini dapat meningkatkan kelincahan, yang diperlukan dalam dribbling, terutama dalam melakukan perubahan arah dan mengontrol bola dengan cepat. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Bhaskara Futsal Arena Surabaya dengan melibatkan 20 pemain BFC U-16 yang aktif berlatih dan berpartisipasi dalam liga AAFI U-16. Program latihan berlangsung selama enam minggu dengan frekuensi tiga kali dalam seminggu, menggunakan pengukuran pretest dan posttest untuk mengevaluasi keterampilan dribbling. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan paired sample t-test di SPSS. Hasil analisis menunjukkan adanya perbedaan signifikan antara hasil pretest dan posttest, dengan nilai signifikansi (p) sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. Ini menunjukkan bahwa latihan zig-zag run memberikan efek positif yang signifikan terhadap kemampuan dribblingpemain. Rata-rata waktu dribbling turun dari 16,52 detik pada pretest menjadi 14,66 detik pada posttest, menunjukkan peningkatan keterampilan sebesar 11,26%. Temuan ini mendukung efektivitas latihan zig-zag run dalam meningkatkan kelincahan dan kontrol bola, yang penting dalam pertandingan. Penelitian ini konsisten dengan studi sebelumnya yang menunjukkan bahwa latihan kelincahan dapat memperbaiki keterampilan dribbling. Dengan demikian, pelatih disarankan memasukkan latihan kelincahan seperti zig-zag run dalam program latihan, terutama untuk membantu pemain muda meningkatkan keterampilan dribbling mereka.

This study aims to determine the effect of zig-zag run training on the dribbling ability of BFC U-16 Surabaya futsal players. This training was chosen because it is believed to improve agility, which is needed in dribbling, especially in changing direction and controlling the ball quickly. The study was conducted at the Bhaskara Futsal Arena Surabaya involving 20 BFC U-16 players who actively train and participate in the AAFI U-16 league. The training program lasted for six weeks with a frequency of three times a week, using pretest and posttest measurements to evaluate dribbling skills. Data analysis was performed using a paired sample t-test in SPSS. The results of the analysis showed a significant difference between the pretest and posttest results, with a significance value (p) of 0.000 <0.05. This shows that zig-zag run training has a significant positive effect on players' dribbling ability. The average dribbling time decreased from 16.52 seconds in the pretest to 14.66 seconds in the posttest, indicating an increase in skills of 11.26%. These findings support the effectiveness of zig-zag run training in improving agility and ball control, which are important in matches. This research is consistent with previous studies showing that agility training can improve dribbling skills. Thus, coaches are advised to include agility training such as zig-zag run in training programs, especially to help young players improve their dribbling skills.
