Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh pelayanan perpustakaan dan motivasi berprestasi terhadap minat baca siswa MTs Negeri di Kabupaten Lamongan.Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner yang disebar pada responden serta studi dokumentasi.Jumlah sampel penelitian ini yakni 172 responden yaitu siswa kelas VIII MTs Negeri di Kabupaten Lamongan.Analisis data menggunakan stastistik regresi ganda.Data diolah menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas, uji linearitas dan uji hipotesis.

                Berdasarkan hasil pengelolaan data menunjukkan bahwa pelayanan perpustakaan secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap minat baca sebesar 0,026, serta motivasi berprestasi secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap minat baca sebesar 0,036.Pada uji F menunjukkan nilai F_hitung sebesar 8,339.Nilai signifikan variabel pelayanan perpustakaan dan motivasi berprestasi terhadap minat baca yang diperoleh adalah sebesar 0,000. Nilai signifikan ini lebih kecil dari nilai alpha yaitu 0,05 dengan demikian H₀ ditolak dan H₁ diterima, artinya pelayanan perpustakaan dan motivasi berprestasi secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap minat baca siswa MTs Negeri di Kabupaten Lamongan. Adapun besarnya pengaruh pelayanan perpustakaan dan motivasi berprestasi terhadap minat baca yakni sebesar 90%, sedangkan sisanya 10% dapat dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain.

This researcheddid to finding the influence of library services and achievement motivation on student’s reading interest in MTs Negeri Lamongan Districts. Research method using not only questionnaires distributed to respondents and documentation studies. Thenumber of samplesin this study were 172 students of class VIII at MTs Negeri Lamongan Districts.Data analysis uses multiple regression statistical models. The processed data use validity test, reliability test, normality test, linearity test, and hypothesis test.

                Basedon the results of the analysis of T-test data variable library service partially affects the variable interest in reading by 0.026,and the motivational variable pretended to partially influence the reading interest variable of 0.036. TheF test shows a value of 8.339. The significant value of the library service variable and achievement motivation towards reading interest obtained is 0,000. This significant value is smaller than the alpha value of 0.05, thus H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, it means library services and achievet motivation have effect toward reading interest forMTsNegeri students in Lamongan Regency. The magnitude of the effect library services and achievement motivation toward reading interest is 90%, and the other 10% is influence by another variable.
