ABSTRAK
TK Islam At-Taqwa mengkombinasikan kurikulum intrakurikuler dan ekstrakurikuler. Pembelajaran membaca, menulis, dan menghafal Al-Qur’an dan menerapkan moving class.
Tujuan penelitian untuk mendeskripsikan strategi kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, upaya peningkatan mutu sekolah, dan implikasi strategi kepemimpinan terhadap mutu sekolah. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Analisa data dengan kondensasi, display data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Pengecekan keabsahan data dengan kredibilitas melalui triangulasi metode dan sumber, transferabilitas, dependabilitas, dan konfirmabilitas.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) strategi kepemimpinan kepala sekolah TK At-Taqwa diantaranya menganalisis visi, misi, dan tujuan; membuat rencana strategis; membuat program kerja; evaluasi kinerja; program sertifikasi shalat; dan menghafal Al-Qur’an. (2) Upaya peningkatan mutu sekolah melalui pengembangan kepala sekolah, guru, dan staf; pengembangan siswa; pengembangan kurikulum dan pembelajaran moving class; pengembangan ekstrakurikuler; pengembangan peraturan sekolah; pemberian reward dan panisment; pengembangan sarana dan prasarana; rekrutmen siswa melalui program open table. (3) implikasi strategi kepemimpinan adalah prestasi TK At-Taqwa.
Saran peneliti membuat catatan kegiatan harian kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, upaya peningkatan mutu mempunyai kualifikasi SDM sesuai bidang kompetensinya.

ABSTRACT
At-Taqwa Islamic Kindergarten combines intracurricular and extracurricular curricula. Learning to read, write, and memorize the Qur'an and apply moving classes.
The research objective was to describe the principal's leadership strategy, the struggle to improve school quality, and the implications of leadership strategies for school quality. The technique of collecting data is by interview, observation, and documentation. Analyze data with condensation, display data, and collect conclusions. Check the validity of data with credibility through method triangulation and sources, transferability, dependability, and confirmation.
The results of the study showed that (1) the leadership strategy of the At-Taqwa kindergarten principal helped analyze the vision, mission, and objectives; make a strategic plan; create work programs; performance evaluation; prayer certification program; and memorize the Qur'an. (2) School Quality Improvement Efforts through Development of School Principals, Teachers and Staff; student development; mobile curriculum development and classroom learning; extracurricular development; development of school regulations; giving rewards and judgments; Development of facilities and infrastructure; student recruitment through the open table program. (3) the implications of the leadership strategy are the attainment of At-Taqwa Kindergarten.
Suggestions researchers make a note of the daily activities of the principal, efforts to improve quality, qualify HR according to the field of competence.
