Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengembangkan Learning Management System (LMS) berbasis Project Based Learning (PBL) guna meningkatkan kompetensi junior mobile programmer pada mata pelajaran Pemrograman Perangkat Bergerak untuk siswa kelas XI Rekayasa Perangkat Lunak di SMK Negeri 2 Surabaya. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga menganalisis efektivitas LMS yang dikembangkan dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode Research and Development (R&D), serta mengacu pada model pengembangan ADDIE yang terdiri dari tahapan Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, dan Evaluation.
Efektivitas LMS diuji melalui analisis uji paired sample t-test terhadap nilai pretest dan posttest siswa. Hasil analisis menunjukkan adanya peningkatan yang signifikan dalam ranah kognitif dan psikomotorik, dengan nilai signifikansi (Sig. 2-tailed) kurang dari 0,001. Hal ini menunjukkan adanya perbedaan yang signifikan antara nilai sebelum dan sesudah pembelajaran. Dengan demikian, penggunaan LMS berbasis PBL terbukti memberikan dampak positif terhadap pemahaman dan keterampilan siswa, serta menciptakan proses pembelajaran yang lebih interaktif, menarik, dan efektif.

This study aims to design and develop a Learning Management System (LMS) based on Project-Based Learning (PBL) to enhance the competencies of junior mobile programmers in the Mobile Programming subject for 11th-grade Software Engineering students at SMK Negeri 2 Surabaya. Additionally, the study analyzes the effectiveness of the developed LMS in improving students' learning outcomes. The research employs a quantitative approach using the Research and Development (R&D) method, following the ADDIE development model, which includes the stages of Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation.
The effectiveness of the LMS was assessed through a paired sample t-test comparing students’ pretest and posttest scores. The analysis revealed a significant improvement in both cognitive and psychomotor domains, with a significance value (Sig. 2-tailed) of less than 0.001, indicating a statistically significant difference between pretest and posttest results. These findings demonstrate that the use of a PBL-based LMS contributes positively to students’ understanding and skills, making the learning process more interactive, engaging, and effective.
