Kondisi bayi di Indonesia telah dianggap sebagai aspek kritis yang terbukti mempengaruhi kesehatan dan kualitas kehidupan generasi mendatang. Kondisi kesehatan dan gizi pada anak dibawah 5 tahun di indonesia saat ini masih menjadi permasalah yang belum terselesaikan. Persoalan gizi di Indonesia yang terbanyak adalah gizi kurang. Salah satu strategi dari pemerintah dalam memberikan pelayanan kesehatan secara terpadu, terjangkau, dan merata ke seluruh lapisan masyarakat, khususnya kepada ibu hamil, bayi, dan balita, adalah melalui Program Posyandu. Berbagai masalah kesehatan yang sering dihadapi masyarakat, seperti gizi buruk, stunting, penyakit menular, dan masalah perkembangan balita, dapat diatasi melalui Posyandu. layanan yang meliputi pemeriksaan rutin, imunisasi, pendampingan gizi, penyuluhan kesehatan, serta pemantauan tumbuh kembang anak. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu sebagai informasi untuk mengetahui dari kualitas pelayanan Posyandu Balita di Desa Pelem Kecamatan Purwosari Kabupaten Bojonegoro. Fokus dari penelitian yaitu reliabilitas, daya tanggap, kepastian (jaminan), empati dan bukti fisik(sarana nyata). Subyek penelitian diindentifikasi dengan metode purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara wawancara, observasi dan pencatatan serta dokumentasi. Menganalisis data dengan cara mengumpulan data, mereduksi data, menyajikan data dan menarik kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tentang Kualitas Posyandu Balita di Desa Pelem, dapat disimpulkan bahwa posyandu balita memiliki kualitas pelayanan yang baik akan tetapi masih memiliki bebebrapa catatan yang harus di perbaiki berdasarkan indikator dalam penilaian kualitas pelayanan. Indikator reabilitas penerima layanan masih mengeluhkan tentang keterlambatan petugas posyandu dalam memluai layanan kepada balita. Indikator daya tanggap sudah cukup baik Bidan dan kader posyandu cepat tanggap terhadap setiap keluhan dan permasalahan dari ibu dan balita. Indikator jaminan posyandu memberikan jaminan kemanan dan kenyamanan bagi ibu dan balita dalam setiap tindakannya. Indikator empati posyandu memiliki rasa empati yang tinggi ketika ditemukan gejala terkait tumbuh kembang anak. Indikator bukti fisik Posyandu menyediakan fasilitas lengkap dan tempat yang nyaman setiap kegiatan akan tetapi belum memiliki gedung khusus dalam kegiatannya sehingga masih ada beberapa keluhan. Adapun salah satu saran dari peneliti yaitu menambah pelatihan untuk kader posyandu agar dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan serta pengalaman.

ABSTRACT
The condition of infants in Indonesia has been considered a critical aspect that is proven to affect the health and quality of life of future generations. The condition of health and nutrition of toddlers in Indonesia is still an unsolved problem. The most common nutritional problem in Indonesia is undernutrition. One of the strategies of the government in providing integrated, affordable, and equitable health services to all levels of society, especially to pregnant women, infants, and toddlers, is through the Posyandu Program. Various health problems that are often faced by the community, such as malnutrition, stunting, infectious diseases, and toddler development problems, can be overcome through Posyandu services which include routine examinations, immunizations, nutritional assistance, health counseling, and monitoring of child growth and development. The purpose of this study was to determine the quality of Posyandu Balita services in Pelem Village, Purwosari District, Bojonegoro Regency. The focus of the research is reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy and physical evidence. The research subjects were determined by purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis with data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. Based on the results of research on the Quality of Posyandu Toddlers in Pelem Village, it can be concluded that posyandu toddlers have good service quality but still have some notes that must be improved based on indicators in service quality assessment. Indicators of reliability of service recipients still complain about the delay of posyandu officers in providing services to toddlers. Indicators of responsiveness are good enough Midwives and posyandu cadres are quick to respond to any complaints and problems from mothers and toddlers. Posyandu guarantee indicators provide security and comfort for mothers and toddlers in every action. The posyandu empathy indicator has a high sense of empathy when symptoms related to child growth and development are found. Indicators of physical evidence Posyandu provides complete facilities and a comfortable place for each activity but does not yet have a special building in its activities so there are still some complaints. One suggestion from the researcher is to add training for Posyandu cadres in order to increase knowledge and experience.
