PENGEMBANGAN STRATEGI GUIDED NOTE TAKING (GNT) BERBANTUAN WORDWALL UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KETERAMPILAN MENULIS PERMULAAN SISWA KELAS 1 SEKOLAH DASAR
Development of the Guided Note Taking (GNT) strategy with the help of Wordwall to improve the initial writing skills of Grade 1 Elementary School students
Strategi guided note taking berbantuan wordwall adalah strategi belajar yang dapat digunakan untuk kegiatan menulis dengan didukung pengolahan huruf dan kata melalui permainan berbasis digital yang diaplikasikan pada media wordwall. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara dengan guru kelas 1 Sekolah Dasar, siswa perlu kegiatan pembelajarn yang menarik pada kegiatan menulis. supaya siswa bersemangat dan tidak mengeluh dalam kegiatan menulis.
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan proses pengembangan strategi guided note taking berbantu media wordwall untuk meningkatkan keterampilan menulis di kelas 1 Sekolah Dasar, menghasilkan strategi guided note taking berbantu media wordwall yang valid, praktis dan efektif. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian dan pengembangan atau disebut Researc and Development (RnD). Model pengembangan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, dan Evaluate) yang terdiri dari tahapan analisis, desain, pengembangan, implementasi dan evaluasi.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proses pengembangan strategi guided note taking berbantuan wordwall untuk meningkatkan keterampilan menulis permulaan melalui tahapan ADDIE menghasilkan produk yang berkualitas. Kualitas kevalidan berdasarkan materi sebesar81% perangkat pembelajaran sebesar 83% dan media pembelajaran sebesar 82% termasuk kategori sangat valid. Kualitas kepraktisan strategi diperoleh berdasarkan observasi keterlaksanaan pelaksanaan pembelajaran sebesar 85% dan aktivitas siswa sebesar 86% termasuk kategori sangat baik. Kualitas berdasarkan keefektifan diperoleh melalui evaluasi tes tulis hasil pretes dan posttest yang dihitung menggunakan n-gain diperoleh hasil peningkatan tinggi. Dapat diketahui strategi guided note taking berbantuan wordwall berkualitas dan layak digunakan dalam pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan keterampilan menulis permulaan siswa kelas 1 Sekolah Dasar.
The wordwall assisted guided note taking strategy is a learning strategy that can be used for writing activities supported by letter and word processing through digital based games applied on word wall media. Based on the results of interviews with grade 1 elementary school teachers, students need exciting learning activities in writing activities so that they are enthusiastic and do not complain.
This research aims to describe developing a guided note-taking strategy assisted by Wordwall media to improve writing skills in grade 1 elementary school, producing a guided note-taking strategy assisted by Wordwall media that is valid, practical, and effective. The research design used is research and development, or what is called Research and Development (RnD). The development model used in this research is ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, and Evaluate), which consists of the stages of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation.
The research results show that developing a guided note-taking strategy assisted by Wordwall to improve initial writing skills through the ADDIE stages produces quality products. The validity quality based on the material is 81%, the learning tools are 83%, and the learning media is 82%, including the very valid category. The practical quality of the strategy was obtained based on observations of the implementation of learning at 85% and student activity at 86%, including the outstanding category. Quality based on effectiveness is obtained through written test evaluation of pretest and posttest results, which are calculated using n-gain and result in high improvement. It can be seen that the guided note-taking strategy assisted by Wordwall is of high quality and suitable for use in learning to improve the initial writing skills of grade 1 elementary school students.
