PENGARUH NILAI KARAKTER KERJA KERAS, KREATIF DAN MANDIRI TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR ECOPRINT SISWA KELAS XI SMAN 1 PRAMBON NGANJUK
THE EFFECT OF HARDWORK, CREATIVE, AND INDEPENDENT CHARACTER VALUE ON ECOPRINT LEARNING OUTCOMES OF CLASS XI STUDENTS OF SMAN 1 PRAMBON NGANJUK
Di SMA Negeri 1 Prambon Nganjuk ditemukan bahwa nilai karakter kemampuan kerja keras, kreatif dan mandiri pada siswa masih belum optimal dalam menghadapi kehidupan di masyarakat. Guru belum melakukan pemanfaatan kekayaan alam yang ada di sekitar yang bisa menjadi karya yang etnik dan memiliki nilai ekonomi. Tujuan penulisan ini untuk menguji pengaruh nilai karakter kerja keras, kreatif, dan mandiri terhadap hasil belajar Ecoprint serta untuk mengetahui pengaruh yang dominan terhadap hasil belajar Ecoprint di SMA Negeri 1 Prambon Nganjuk. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian yakni sebanyak 893 siswa. Penentuan sampel menggunakan teknik random sampiling. Jumlah sampel penelitian yakni 60 responden. Pengambilan data penelitian melalui penyebaran kuesioner. Teknik analisis data penelitian yakni asumsi klasik, uji t, uji f, koefisien determinasi, dan persamaan regresi. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian hipotesis diperoleh variabel Nilai karakter kerja keras (X1) sebesar 3,271 dan nilai Sig. 0,002. Variabel kreativitas (X2) sebesar 2,058 dan nilai Sig. 0,044. Variabel mandiri siswa SMAN 1 Prambon (X3) sebesar 3,805 dan nilai Sig. 0,000. Hasil uji F sebesar 29,517 dan Sig. 0,000 < 0,05. Variabel yang memiliki berpengaruh dominan terhadap hasil belajar Ecoprint (Y) dalam penelitian ini yaitu karakter mandiri siswa (X3) sebesar 0,535. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa secara parsial dan simultan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap hasil belajar Ecoprint (Y).

At SMA Negeri 1 Prambon Nganjuk it was found that the character values of the students' ability to work hard, creatively and independently were still not optimal in dealing with life in society. Teachers have not made use of the natural resources around them which could be ethnic works and have economic value. The purpose of this paper is to examine the effect of hard work, creative, and independent character values on Ecoprint learning outcomes and to determine the dominant influence on Ecoprint learning outcomes at SMA Negeri 1 Prambon Nganjuk. The research uses a quantitative approach. The research population was 893 students. Determination of the sample using random sampling technique. The number of research samples is 60 respondents. Retrieval of research data through the distribution of questionnaires. The research data analysis techniques are classical assumptions, t-test, f-test, coefficient of determination, and regression equations. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, the variable value of the character of hard work (X1) is 3.271 and the value of Sig. 0.002. The creativity variable (X2) is 2.058 and the value of Sig. 0.044. The independent variable of SMAN 1 Prambon students (X3) is 3.805 and the value of Sig. 0.000. The results of the F test are 29.517 and Sig. 0.000 < 0.05. The variable that has a dominant influence on the Ecoprint(Y) learning outcomes in this study is the student's independent character (X3) of 0.535. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that partially and simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Ecoprint (Y) learning outcomes.
