STRATEGI KEPALA SEKOLAH DALAM MENINGKATKAN KINERJA TENAGA KEPENDIDIKAN DI ERA NEW NORMAL EDUCATION DI TINGKAT JENJANG DASAR
STRATEGY OF THE SCHOOL PRINCIPLE IN IMPROVING PERFORMANCE EDUCATION PERSONNEL IN THE NEW NORMAL EDUCATION ERA IN BASIC LEVEL
Tujuan artikel ini untuk mengetahui strategi kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kinerja tenaga
kependidikan. Kepala sekolah menjadi faktor utama keberhasilan dalam meningkatkan kinerja
tenaga kependidikan. Pada masa pandemi covid sembilan belas sekolah dilakukan secara daring. Dalam
meningkatkan kinerja tenaga kependidikan akan memberi dampak yang signifikan bagi proses
pendidikan dan tercapaianya tujuan pendidikan yang diharapkan. Penulisan artikel ini
menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan tata letak kajian menggunakan metode Systematic
Literature Review dengan model PRISMA atau Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews
and Meta-analysis. Hasil pencarian data menggunakan media scopus, emerald, dan google
scholar diperoleh Dua puluh artikel. Data diperlukan dihimpun melalui kajian teks, selanjutnya
dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik analisis isi. Hasil dari systematic literature review
menunjukkan bahwa satu strategi pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia melalui workshop dan rekrutmen dua
strategi menjadi fasilitator melalui membimbing, memberikan dukungan, pengawasan tiga
strategi menjadi kolaborator melalui tidak membeda bedakan, berkomunikasi baik,
berkoordinasi, pencatatan, pengelompokan, dan pengarsipan empat strategi gaya kepemimpinan
yang demokratis dan musyawarah.
The purpose of this article is to find out the importance of the principal's strategy in improving
the performance of education personnel. The principal is the main factor of success in
improving the performance of education personnel. During the COVID nine teen pandemic, schools
were conducted online. In improving the performance of education personnel, it will have a
significant impact on the educational process and the achievement of the expected educational
goals. The writing of this article uses a qualitative approach with the layout of the study using
the Systematic Literature Review method with the PRISMA or Preferred Reporting Items for
Systematic Reviews and Meta-analysis model. The results of data searches using Scopus,
Emerald, and Google Scholar media obtained twenty articles. The necessary data were
collected through text studies, then analyzed using content analysis techniques. The results of a
systematic literature review show that one the strategy of developing human rsources through
workshops and recruitment two the strategy of becoming innovators through guiding, providing
support, supervision three the strategies of becoming a collaborator through not discriminating,
communicating well, coordinating, recording, grouping , and archiving four strategies with a
democratic leadership style and prioritizing deliberation.
