HUBUNGAN ANTARA IKLIM ORGANISASI DENGAN WORK LIFE BALANCE PADA KARYAWAN PT. X
THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN ORGANIZATIONAL CLIMATE AND WORK LIFE BALANCE IN EMPLOYEES OF PT. X
The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between organizational climate and work life balance in employees at PT. X. The research method used is quantitative correlation involving 100 employees at PT X as research samples. The research sample was selected using a saturated sample. Data collection techniques were carried out using instruments in the form of psychological scales. The psychological scale consists of organizational climate and work life balance. Data analysis was carried out with Pearson product moment correlation test using SPSS 27.0 for Windows software. The results of data analysis noticed a significance level of 0.000 (p<0.05) which indicates that there is a significant relationship between organizational climate and work life balance. The correlation coefficient obtained is 0.679 (r = 0.679), indicating that the relationship is classified in the strong category. This study shows that the higher the organizational climate owned by employees, the higher the work life balance shown. Conversely, the lower the organizational climate owned by employees, the lower the work life balance shown.
