Penelitian ini adalah studi literatur. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengeksplorasi hubungan ethical climate dengan workplace deviant behavior dan bagaimana peran workplace spirituality sebagai variabel mediasi di antara hubungan keduanya. Pendekatan ini didasarkan pada 18 studi empiris dari jurnal nasional dan internasional. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan metode mesin pencari. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan hubungan negatif antara ethical climate dan workplace deviant behavior. Hasil selanjutnya juga mengkonfirmasi peran mediasi dari workplace spirituality dalam hubungan antara ethical climate dan workplace deviant behavior. Dengan menekankan workplace spirituality dalam organisasi dapat meningkatkan ethical climate, dan karenanya dapat mengurangi tingkat workplace deviant behavior secara efektif.
This research is a literature study. The purpose of this study is to explore the relationship of ethical climate with workplace deviant behavior and how the role of workplace spirituality as a mediating variable among the relationships. This approach is based on 18 empirical studies from any national and international journals. Data collected by using search engine methods. The results showed a negative relationship between the ethical climate and workplace deviant behavior. The next results also confirm the mediating role of workplace spirituality in the relationship between ethical climate and workplace deviant behavior. By emphasizing workplace spirituality in organizations can improve the ethical climate, and therefore reduce the level of workplace deviant behavior effectively.
