Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan dan mendekripsikan validitas, kepraktisan dan keefektifan LKPD berbasis Guided Discovery pada materi ekosistem untuk melatihkan literasi sains peserta didik kelas X SMA. LKPD diujicobakan pada 16 peserta didik kelas X SMAN 1 Plemahan pada tiga pertemuan. Penelitian ini menggunakan model 4D yang terdiri dari tahap define, design, develop,dan disseminate, namun pada tahap disseminate tidak dilakukan. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan meliputi metode validasi, metode observasi, metode angket dan metode tes. Analisis data berupa deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Berdasarkan hasil validasi menunjukkan bahwa LKPD yang dikembangkan valid dari segi penyajian, isi dan kebahasaan dengan skor sebesar 3,88 dan presentase sebesar 97,22%. Kepraktisan LKPD ditinjau dari aktivitas peserta didik memperoleh presentase sebesar 90,55%. Keefektifan LKPD ditinjau dari ketuntasan hasil belajar literasi sains sebesar 93,75%, nilai N-gain sebesar 0,67 dan respon peserta didik sebesar 93,00%. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa LKPD berbasis Guided Discovery pada materi ekosistem untuk melatihkan literasi sains dapat dinyatakan valid, praktis dan efektif.

This study aims was to produce and describe the validity, practicality and effectiveness of guided discovery student worksheet on ecosystem material to train students science literacy of tenth grade senior high school. Student worksheet was tested on 16 students of class X SMAN 1 Plemahan at three meetings. This research uses 4D model consist of define, design, develop, and disseminate, but at the stage of disseminate was not done. Data collection methods used were method of validation, method of observation, method of questionnaires and method of tests. Analysis data in the form of descriptive qualitative and quantitative. Based on the result of validation revealed that student worksheet developed a valid in terms of appearance, content, and linguistic with the score of 3,88 and percentage of 97,22%. The practicality of student worksheet was seen from student's activity got percentage of 90,55%. The effectiveness of students worksheet was seen from learning outcome of science literacy got percentage of 93,75% ,N-gain got score of 0,67 and student response got percentage of 93,00%. According to the result, it can be concluded that students worksheet based guided discovery to train science literacy in ecosystem material were valid, practical, and effective.
