Kata-kata Kunci: Kompetensi, psikologis, tugas gerak, pelari 100 meter

This research aims to analyze the suitability of the theoretical model of the psychological competency model based on the movement task of the 100-meter sprinters with the empirical model.
This study uses a quantitative approach. The research subjects were 65 100-meter sprinters who participated in the national athletic championships. The age ranges from 20-30 years, 50 men (76.92%) and 15 women (23.08%). Data collection uses the Psychological Competency Scale of 100-meter Sprinter and time records documentation data on the results of national championships. The data obtained were then analyzed using Partial Least Square (PLS).
The results of the inner model test show a Q-square value of 0.919 (> 0.00), which means that there was suitability of the theoretical model of psychological competency based on the 100-meter sprinter’s movement task with the empirical model. The R-square value of performance is 0.881. This means that the 100-meter sprinter’s performance is influenced by psychological competency by 88,1%.
The conclusion of the study is a psychological competency model based on the task of the 100-meter sprinters, theoretically contributing to the development of a model for the achievement of the 100-meter sprinters.
