This research aims to determine the best Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) coffee producer using a combination of the Best Worst Method (BWM), Weighted Aggregated Sum Product Assessment (WASPAS), and Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) in a fuzzy intuitionistic set. The criteria for selecting FMCG producers include best-selling products, discount prices, promotional support, delivery timeliness, product shelf life, packaging, and payment options.
The analysis results using the BWM method indicate that the best-selling product criterion is the most important, with a weight of 0.2916, followed by discount prices with a weight of 0.1632, and promotional support with a weight of 0.1555. The application of the WASPAS and TOPSIS methods generated a ranking of alternative producers, with WINGS Food (Top Coffee) ranked first with a relative closeness value of 0.9538, followed by PT Santos Jaya Abadi (Kapal Api) and PT Java Prima Abadi (Luwak Coffee). This study shows that the Multi-Criteria Decision-Making (MCDM) approach, combining BWM, WASPAS, and TOPSIS, can provide optimal results in selecting FMCG coffee producers.
