Hubungan antara Work-Family Conflict dengan Stres Kerja pada Pekerja Perempuan di PT. X
The Relationship between Work-Family Conflict and Job Stress among Female Workers at PT. X
This study aims to examine the relationship between work-family conflict (WFC) and job stress among female workers at PT. X. The dual roles of women as employees and household managers have the potential to create role conflicts that trigger job stress. This research employed a quantitative correlational approach with a saturated sampling technique, involving 134 female workers in the production division. The instruments used in this study were the Work-Family Conflict Scale and the Work Stress Scale, with data collected online via Google Form. Data analysis was conducted using Pearson Product Moment correlation test with the assistance of JASP software. The results indicated a significant positive correlation between work-family conflict and job stress (r = 0.790; p < 0.001), meaning that the higher the work-family conflict experienced, the higher the level of job stress felt by female workers in the production division of PT. X.
