EVALUASI PERSIAPAN KONI KABUPATEN MOJOKERTO DALAM RANGKA PORPROV JATIM 2019
EVALUATION OF THE PREPARATION OF THE KONI MOJOKERTO REGENCY IN THE CONTEXT OF THE 2019 EAST JAVA PROVINCE PORPROV
Evaluasi dilakukan untuk mengetahui atau mengukur suatu keberhasilan dan kegagalan suatu program kegiatan. Dengan melakukan evaluasi akan memperoleh informasi tentang sejauh mana pencapaian atau keberhasilan suatu kegiatan, dan masalah-masalah yang dihadapi dalam suatu program sehingga perlu untuk menemukan solusi supaya bisa memperbaiki permasalahan tersebut.
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan mengevaluasi tentang persiapan KONI Kabupaten Mojokerto dalam rangka PORPROV JATIM 2019 dengan cara mengetahui tentang persiapan apa saja yang dilakukan KONI, persiapan pelatih dan atlet, penerapan latihan pada saat TC dan hasil TC. Sasaran penelitian ini adalah KONI Kabupaten Mojokerto yang meliputi: ketua umum KONI, sekretaris II KONI, ketua binpres dan ketua cabor. Analisis yang digunakan bersifat kualitatif.
Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu SWOT (strength, weakness, opportunity, threat) dan jenis penelitian ini termasuk dalam penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Sumber data penelitian ini diperoleh dari wawancara dengan ketua umum KONI, sekretaris II KONI, ketua binpres dan ketua cabor. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi.
Hasil penelitian yang dapat diketahui, (1) kekuatan (strength) meliputi, KONI memberikan kriteria khusus atau lebih mengutamakan atlet yang memiliki piagam juara porprov untuk atlet yang akan mengikuti seleksi kejuaraan porprov selanjutnya, (2) kelemahan (weakness) meliputi, di Mojokerto tidak bisa sepenuhnya menerapkan program pembinaan yang menerapkan iptek olahraga dan disamping itu anggaran dana juga kecil, (3) peluang (opportunity) meliputi, peluang mencetak atlet yang berprestasi dengan menerapkan pembinaan yang menerakan iptek olahraga dengan sepenuhnya, (4) ancaman (threat) meliputi, kurangnya perhatian dan pengawasan dari pihak KONI terhadap pelatih dan atlet, latihan atlet yang tidak rutin karena padatnya aktifitas disekolah.

Evaluation is carried out to determine or measure the success and failure of an activity program. By conducting an evaluation, you will get information about the extent of the achievement or success of an activity, and the problems faced in a program so it is necessary to find solutions in order to fix these problems.
The purpose of this study was to find out and evaluate the preparation of KONI in Mojokerto Regency in the context of PORPROV JATIM 2019 by knowing what preparations were carried out by KONI, preparation of coaches and athletes, application of training during TC and TC results. The target of this research is KONI Mojokerto Regency which includes: general chairman of KONI, secretary II KONI, head of binpres and chairman of sports. The analysis used is qualitative.
The research method used is SWOT (strength, weakness, opportunity, threat) and this type of research is included in qualitative descriptive research. Sources of research data were obtained from interviews with the general chairman of KONI, secretary II of KONI, head of binpres and head of sports. The data collection techniques used were observation, interview and documentation.
The research results that can be seen, (1) strengths include, KONI provides specific criteria or prioritizes athletes who have a Porprov champion charter for athletes who will take part in the next Porprov championship selection, (2) weaknesses include, in Mojokerto, no can fully implement a coaching program that applies sports science and technology and besides that the budget is also small, (3) opportunities include, opportunities to produce athletes who excel by implementing coaching that fully implements sports science and technology, (4) threats include, the lack of attention and supervision from KONI to coaches and athletes, athlete training is not routine because of the busy activities at school.
