Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kinerja guru pembimbing khusus sekolah inklusi di SMK dan SMA di Surabaya.
Dalam penelitian ini digunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian evaluasi, dan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data melalui angket. Analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa di SMKN 8 Surabaya telah menyusun instrumen asesmen pendidikan bersama guru kelas dan guru pelajaran 74%, menjalin koordinasi dengan guru kelas, pihak sekolah dan orang tua peserta didik 94%, melaksanakan pendampingan anak berkelainan pada kegiatan pembelajaran bersama-sama guru kelas/pelajaran 58%. Hasil SMKN 4 Surabaya telah menyusun instrumen asesmen pendidikan bersama guru kelas dan guru pelajaran 66%, menjalin koordinasi dengan guru kelas, pihak sekolah dan orang tua peserta didik 76%, melaksanakan pendampingan anak berkelainan pada kegiatan pembelajaran bersama-sama guru kelas/pelajaran 66%. Sedangkan SMAN 10 Surabaya telah menyusun instrumen asesmen pendidikan bersama guru kelas dan guru pelajaran 79%, menjalin koordinasi dengan guru kelas,pihak sekolah dan orang tua peserta didik 94%, melaksanakan pendampingan anak berkelainan pada kegiatan pembelajaran bersama-sama guru kelas/pelajaran 95%. Kesimpulan dari hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa sebagian besar Guru Pembimbing Khusus telah melaksanakan tugas yang terdapat dalam Permendiknas No. 70 tahun 2009. Namun harus tetap perlu ditingkatkan guna memberikan pelayanan pendidikan yang baik untuk peserta didik berkebutuhan khusus.

This study aims to evaluate the performance of special school inclusive teaching counselors in SMK and SMA in Surabaya. In this study a quantitative approach is used with the type of evaluation research, and uses data collection techniques through questionnaires. Data analysis uses descriptive statistics. The results showed that at SMK 8 Surabaya had compiled instruments of education assessment along with class teachers and subject teachers 74%, established coordination with classroom teachers, school parties and parents 94%, carried out mentoring of children with disabilities in learning activities together with class teachers / lesson 58%. The result of SMKN 4 Surabaya Surabaya have compiled instruments of education assessment along with class teachers and 66% lesson teachers, established coordination with classroom teachers, school parties and parents 76% of students, carrying out mentoring of children with disabilities in learning activities with class / lesson teachers 66 %. Whereas SMAN 10 Surabaya has compiled instruments of education assessment along with 79% classroom teachers and lesson teachers, establish coordination with classroom teachers, 94% of parents and students, carry out mentoring of children with disabilities in learning activities with class / lesson teachers 95% . The conclusions from the results of the study indicate that most of the Special Guidance Teachers have carried out the tasks contained in Permendiknas No. 70 of 2009. But it must still be improved. To provide good education services for students with special needs.
