Community Labelling of Children Commercial Sex Workers in Jombang

Penelitian ini tentang pelabelan masyarakat terhadap anakpekerja seks komersial. Dalam disiplin ilmu sosial, prostitusi dikatakan sebagai suatu penyakit sosial ataudisebut juga patologi sosial. Seorang yang masuk kedalamdunia prostitusi ini hanya karena kebodohan, kemiskinan, penipuan, dan frustasi. Jadi dalam hal ini bukan hanya para pelaku pekerja seks komersial akan tetapi anak mereka juga mendapat stigma buruk dari masyarakat. Anak para pekerjaseks komersial ini dianggap dapat membawa pengaruhburuk bagi anak-anak lainnya, sehingga anak dari pekerjaseks komerisial sering mendapat label negatif darimasyarakat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untukmengidentifikasi (1) bentuk-bentuk pelabelan yang terjadipada anak pekerja seks komersial (2) proses-proses pelabelan yang terjadi pada anak pekerja seks komersialdan (3) untuk menganalisis dampak dari terjadinyapelabelan yang dilakukan oleh masyarakat pada anakpekerja seks komersial. Jenis penelitian ini adalahpenelitian kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data observasi dan wawancara mendalam. Informan penelitianini adalah masyarakat yang melakukan pelabelan pada anakpekerja seks komersial. Hasil dari penelitian inimenunjukkan bahwa bentuk belabelan yang terjadi adalahberupa pemberian stigma negatif seperti anak pelacurpembawa penyakit atau pembawa pengaruh buruk yang kemudian diasingkan oleh masyarakat sehingga anakpekerja seks komersial tersebut tidak bisa mendapatkanpergaulan dengan anak lain karena anak-anak lain dilarangoleh masyarakat untuk bergaul dengan anak pekerja sekskomersial.

This research about society labelling to child of a commercial sex worker. In the social science discipline, prostitution is said to be a social disease or also called social pathology. A person who enters the world of prostitution is only because of ignorance, poverty, fraud, and frustration. So in this case not only the perpetrators of the child of a commercial sex worker but their children also get a bad stigma from the community. The children of these the child of a commercial sex worker are considered to have a bad influence on other children, so the children of the child of a commercial sex worker often get negative labels from the community. The purpose of this study is to identify (1) the forms of labeling that occur in child the child of a commercial sex worker (2) the labeling processes that occur in child of a commercial sex worker and (3) to analyze the impact of labeling done by the community on child of a commercial sex worker. This type of research is a qualitative study with data collection techniques of observation and in-depth interviews. The informants of this research are the people who label children of the child of a commercial sex worker. The results of this study indicate that the form of labeling that occurs is in the form of giving a negative stigma such as the prostitute child carrying a disease or a bad influence carrier who is then alienated by the community so that the child of the prostitute cannot get a relationship with other children because other children are forbidden by the community to get along with child prostitutes.
