DEVELOPMENT OF DAIHATSU TARUNA EFI IGNITION SYSTEM TRAINER MODULE AS A GUIDELINE FOR AUTOMOTIVE ELECTRICAL PRACTICE
AbstractThe purpose of this research is to find out the feasibility, response of faculty, and students to the development ofthe Trainer Ignition System Module Daihatsu Taruna EFI as a guideline for Automotive Electrical Practice in theS1 mechanical engineering education study program. This research is a development research that refers to theDick and Carey development model. Data collection techniques are carried out using questionnaires for expertlecturers, teaching lecturers, and students. Odd semester 2021/2022 students who program automotive electricalpractice courses are targeted by researchers. Validation results by expert lecturers are 3.45 (material), 3.42(design), and 4.00 (language) (Valid). The values when percentageed consecutively are 86.25%, 85.25%, and100% (Decent). The response of teaching lecturers and students in a row is 100% (Decent) and 94.25% (Decent). It can be concluded that the "Ignition System Module" is feasible and can be used as a guideline for AutomotiveElectrical Practice of Automotive System Materials. Keywords: Development, Modules, Ignition System, Dick and Carey, Response
