PRESEPSI SISWA TATA BOGA TERHADAP PEMBELAJARAN PADA ERA NEW NORMAL COVID-19 DI SMKN 1 LAMONGAN
STUDENT'S PERCEPTION OF LEARNING IN THE NEW NORMAL ERA OF COVID-19 AT SMKN 1 LAMONGAN
Pandemi Covid-19 memaksa pembelajaran untuk dilakukan penyesuaian dengan kondisi tersebut, Kemendikbud telah menerbitkan surat edaran Nomor 15 Tahun 2020 mengenai teknis pembelajaran dalam kondisi pandemi atau era new normal yang mencakup pembelajaran secara daring dan luring dengan proporsi tertentu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui presepsi siswa SMK Tata Boga terhadap pembelajaran era new normal yang meliputi aspek pengalaman belajar, keterampilan guru dalam mengajar, sarana prasarana, serta kondisi psikologis siswa ketika proses pembelajaran berlangsung. Peneltian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskriptif dengan teknik proportional stratified random sampling. Populasi penelitian terdiri dari kelas X, XI, dan XII dengan total siswa sebanyak 179 sedangkan untuk sampel penelitian sebanyak 64 siswa. Instumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala likert yang disebar melalui link google form dan untuk mengolah data penelitian menggunakan teknik TCR (tingkat capaian responden). Hasil penelitian secara keseluruhan yang dihitung dengan teknik TCR mendapat nilai sebesar 67,58%, dan berada pada kriteria baik, sehingga dapat dikatakan bahwa pembelajaran era new normal yang dilakukan di salah satu SMK berjalan dengan baik. Penelitian ini memberikan manfaat kedepannya agar menjadi pertimbangan dalam membangun suatu sistem, kurikulum yang lebih baik.
The Covid-19 pandemic forced learning to be adjusted to these conditions, the Ministry of Education and Culture has issued a circular letter Number 15 of 2020 regarding learning techniques in pandemic conditions or the new normal era which includes online and offline learning with a certain proportion. This study aims to determine the perception of SMK Tata Boga students towards learning in the new normal era which includes aspects of the learning experience, teaching skills in teaching, infrastructure, and the psychological condition of students when the learning process takes place. This research uses a descriptive quantitative method with a proportional stratified random sampling technique. The research population consisted of classes X, XI, and XII with a total of 179 students while the research sample was 64 students. The research instrument used a questionnaire with a Likert scale distributed via a google form link and to process research data using the TCR technique (respondent level of achievement). The overall research results calculated using the TCR technique got a score of 67.58% and were in good criteria, so it can be said that the new normal era learning carried out in one of the vocational schools went well.
