Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji keefektifan penerapan konseling kelompok dengan teknik pengkondisian operan untuk mengurangi perilaku agresif siswa kelas VIII SMPN 3 Rejoso. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan rancangan eksperimental one group pretest post test. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan konseling kelompok teknik pengkondisian operan dengan melibatkan siswa kelas VIII di SMPN 3 Rejoso yang memiliki perilaku agesif tinggi. Berdasarkan hasil analisis perhitungan alat ukur angket perilaku agresif yang diberikan untuk menentukan subjek penelitian diperoleh 6 siswa yang memiliki skor agresif yang tinggi. Kemudian diberikan perlakuan konseling kelompok teknik pengkondisian operan serta di akhir sesi perlakuan diberikan post test. Berdasarkan hasil analisis test stastisticuji wilcoxon dengan bantuan aplikasi SPSS 22 diketahui Asymp. Sig. (2-tailed) bernilai 0,026. Sehingga dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa penerapan konseling kelompok teknik pengkondisian operan dapat menurunkan perilaku agresif siswa kelas VIII SMPN 3 Rejoso.

The purpose of this study is to examine the effectiveness of applying group counseling using operant conditioning technique in order to reduce the aggressive behavior of eighth grade students at SMPN 3 Rejoso. This study uses quantitative approach with design experimental one group pretest post test. In this study, group counseling with operant conditioning technique was used by involving eighth grade students at SMPN 3 Rejoso who had high aggresive behavior. Based on the calculation results analysis of questionnaire measuring aggressive behavior that has been given previously, it was obtained that 6 students had high aggressive scores. Furthermore, the group Counseling with operant conditioning technique treatment is given and at the end of the treatment session a post test isgiven too. Based on the results of the statistical Wilcoxon test using SPSS 22 application, the value of Asymp. Sig. (2-tailed) is 0.026. So it can be concluded that the application of group counseling with operant conditioning technique can reduce the aggressive behavior of eighth grade students of SMPN 3 Rejoso.
