Hubungan Kadar Hemoglobin Dan Komposisi Tubuh Terhadap Daya Tahan Kardiovaskuler Atlet Hockey Puslatkab Probolinggo

The Relationship of Hemoglobin Levels and Body Composition to Cardiovascular Endurance of Hockey Athletes Puslatkab Probolinggo

Penelitian bermaksud untuk mengukur karakteristik fisiologi atlet hoki Puslatkab Probolinggo. Data karakteristik fisiologis atlet sangat diperlukan untuk merancang program latihan agar atlet mendapatkan porsi latihan yang sesuai dengan kemampuannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis karakteristik fisiologis atlet hockey yang jarang dijadikan parameter untuk membuat program latihan sehingga hasil penelitian ini mampu menjadi data awal untuk membuat program latihan yang tepat dan efektif Metode: Dalam penelitian ini, seluruh subjek melakukan pengukuran antropometri dan kondisi fisik. Dimana dalam pengukuran antropometri, meliputi berat badan, tinggi badan, usia, jenis kelamin dan  Body mass Index (BMI). Bahwa atlet hockey Puslatkab Probolinggo berjenis kelamin perempuan dengan total 12 atlet (50%) dan berjenis kelamin laki-laki dengan total 12 atlet (50%) dari total sampel penelitian. Kemudian rata-rata usia atlet hoki Puslatkab Probolinggo 20,25, dan rata-rata berat badan atlet hoki 58,88 kg, lalu rata-rata Body mass Index para atlet 22,337. Lalu untuk rata-rata VO2Maks para atlet berada di level cukup. 

The study aims to measure the physiological characteristics of hockey athletes Puslatkab Probolinggo. Data on the physiological characteristics of athletes is needed to design training programs so that athletes get a portion of training that suits their abilities. This study aims to determine and analyze the physiological characteristics of hockey athletes who are rarely used as parameters for making training programs so that the results of this study can be the initial data for making appropriate and effective training programs: In this study, all subjects took anthropometric measurements and physical conditions. Where in anthropometric measurements, including weight, height, age, gender and Body mass Index (BMI). That Puslatkab Probolinggo hockey athletes are female with a total of 12 athletes (50%) and male with a total of 12 athletes (50%) of the total research sample. Then the average age of Puslatkab Probolinggo hockey athletes is 20.25, and the average weight of hockey athletes is 58.88 kg, then the average Body mass Index of athletes is 22.337. Then for the average VO2Max the athletes are at a sufficient level.
