Rocket Chicken merupakan Perusahaan yang bergerak di Bidang Kuliner yaitu Restoran fast food. Dalam melakukan reporting data setiap cabang harus mengirimkan laporan absensi dan laporan penjualan bulanan berupa hard copy ke pusat (Kota Yogyakarta) dan mengirimkan soft files melalui e-mail ke Manajer area hal ini membuat adanya kemungkinan kebocoran data dan keterlambatan data yang diterima. Dari uraian  tersebut penulis mencoba untuk melakukan implementasi model EFQM (European Fundamental Quality Management) dengan melakukan digitalisasi terhadap model tersebut. dimana proses penilaian akan di-support oleh Aplikasi EFQM yang telah penulis kembangkan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa cabang Sidoklumpuk memiliki nilai performa tertinggi yaitu 6,94 dengan level Integrated, serta kriteria dengan nilai rata-rata tertinggi adalah business results. penggunaan model EFQM ini dinilai cocok untuk digunakan sebagai alat pendukung manajemen di Rocket Chicken karena kriteria, metode, serta Aplikasi sudah diuji dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan perusahaan.

Rocket Chicken is a company engaged in the culinary field, namely fast food restaurants. In reporting data, each branch must send attendance reports and monthly sales reports in the form of hard copies to the center (Yogyakarta City) and send soft files via e-mail to the area manager, this creates the possibility of data leakage and delays in data received. From this description, the author tries to implement the EFQM (European Fundamental Quality Management) model by digitizing the model. where the assessment process will be supported by the EFQM application that the author has developed. The results of this study indicate that the Sidoklumpuk branch has the highest performance score of 6.94 with the Integrated level, and the criteria with the highest average value are business results. The use of the EFQM model is considered suitable to be used as a management support tool at Rocket Chicken because the criteria, methods, and applications have been tested and are in accordance with the company's needs.
