Mayoritas manusia menggunakan kendaraan mobil sebagai alat transportasi yang dimana kendaraan tersebut mudah digunakan dan nyaman untuk berpergian jauh. Tetapi mobil tidak hanya digunakan saja, mobil perlunya perawatan khusus atau servis berkala sehingga kendaraan mobil tetap awet, nyaman, dan performa setiap komponen tetap stabil. Sekarang masyarakat tidak perlu kawatir untuk melakukan servis sendiri, disetiap daerah memiliki tempat servis atau bengkel yang dimana tempat tersebut menjual jasa dan sparepart kendaran mobil.

                Pada proses pekerjaan servis atau pemeliharaan khususnya proses bleeding rem custamer sempat mengeluh yang dimana proses pembleedingan terdapat point – point yang merugikan seperti tumpahnya minyak rem yang mengenai cat body kendaraan, bila terkena kulit bisa mengakibatkan iritasai, dan proses pengerjaan yang cukup lama.

                Metode pembleedingan minyak rem menggunakan sistem kevacuman yang dimana komponen utama menggunakan pompa DC 12 volt dengan laju aliran 4L/m sehingga diharapkan dapat menghisap minyak rem dan gelembung – gelembung udara yang ada di sistem rem tersebut

                Hasil dari alat ini dapat dipresentasikan lebih efisien dari segi waktu yang memerlukan 5 menit, konsumsi minyak rem baru hanya 7% dari awalnya yang menggunakan 800ml dan hanya memerlukan 2 pekerja saja.

The majority of people use car vehicles as a means of transportation where the vehicle is easy to use and convenient to travel far. But the car is not only used, the car needs special maintenance or regular service so that the vehicle remains durable, comfortable, and the performance of each component remains stable. Now the public does not need to worry about servicing itself, in every region has a service or workshop place where the place sells services and car vehicle spare parts. In the process of service work or maintenance, especially the process of bleeding brake custamer had complained that where the clearing process there are detrimental points such as spillage of brake fluid that affects the vehicle body paint, if exposed to the skin can lead to irritation, and a long process. The method of clearing brake fluid uses a vacuum system in which the main component uses a 12 volt DC pump with a flow rate of 4L / m so that it is expected to suck brake fluid and air bubbles in the brake system. The results of this tool can be presented more efficiently in terms of time which requires 5 minutes, the consumption of new brake oil is only 7% from the beginning which uses 800ml and only requires 2 workers.
