PENGARUH TINGKAT PARTISIPASI MASYARAKAT TERHADAP PENGEMBANGAN BUMDES

INFLUENCE OF PUBLIC PARTICIPATION ON THE DEVELOPMENT OF BUMDES THROUGHOUT THE DISTRICT KEDAMEAN GRESIK REGENCY

Penelitian ini mencermati pengaruh tingkat partisipasi masyarakat terhadap pengembangan “BUMDes” di seluruh Desa di Kecamatan Kedamean, Kabupaten Gresik. Lokasi penelitian ini berada di Kecamatan Kedamean, Kabupaten Gresik yang mempunyai 15 Desa diantaranya yaitu Desa Banyuurip, Kedamean, Sidoraharjo, Lampah, Tanjung, Cermen, Glindah, Ngepung, Menunggal, Slempit, Katimoho, Belahanrejo,  Mojowuku, Tulung dan Desa Turirejo. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif eksplanasi yang mempunyai arti penelitian yang menjelaskan hubungan sebab dan akibat antara variabel independen dengan variabel dependen. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu keseluruhan populasi “BUMDes” yang berada di Kecamatan Kedamean dengan jumlah 15 “BUMDes”. Pengumpulan data melalui data primer dan data sekunder yang diolah dengan teknik statistika menggunakan uji korelasi produk momen dan uji regresi linier sederhana dengan bantuan dari “IBM SPSS Statistics versi 22 for Windows”. Penelitian ini menggunakan konsep partisipasi sosial dari “Diana Conyers dan Soetrisno”. Hasil dari temuan data penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa “Terdapat Hubungan Signifikan Antara Tingkat Partisipasi Masyarakat terhadap Pengembangan Badan Usaha Milik Desa”.  Temuan data tersebut, dibuktikan dari hasil r_hitung = 0,592 (Dalam Kategori Tingat Hubungan “Sedang” dengan nilai 0,40-0,599), t_tabel = 0,514 dari taraf kesalahan 5%.  Menyatakan “r_hitung lebih besar dari t_tabel, maka Ho ditolak, dan Ha diterima”. Hasil dari persamaan regresi membuktikan Y = 25,359 + 0,840X, dengan artian bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif antara tingkat partisipasi masyarakat terhadap pengembangan BUMDes. Dengan hasil koefisien determinasi (R Square) = 0,350 yang menunjukkan besarnya pengaruh antara tingkat partisipasi masyarakat terhadap pengembanagn BUMDes dengan besar 35%.

 This study examines the influence of the level of community participation on the development of "BUMDes" in all villages in Kedamean District, Gresik Regency. The location of this research is in the District of Kedamean, Gresik Regency which has 15 villages including Banyuurip, Kedamean, Sidoraharjo, Lampah, Tanjung, Cermen, Glindah, Ngepung, Menunggal, Slempit, Katimoho, Belahanrejo, Mojowuku, Tulung and Turirejo Villages. This study uses a quantitative explanation method which has a research meaning that explains the cause and effect relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable. The sample used in this study is the entire population of "BUMDes" in the District of Kedamean with a total of 15 "BUMDes". Collecting data through primary data and secondary data processed by statistical techniques using the moment product correlation test and simple linear regression test with the help of "IBM SPSS Statistics version 22 for Windows". This study uses the concept of social participation from "Diana Conyers and Soetrisno". The results of the findings of this research data state that "There is a Significant Relationship Between the Level of Community Participation to the Development of Village-Owned Enterprises". The findings of these data, evidenced from the results of r_count = 0.592 (In the category of "Medium" Relationship Category with a value of 0.40-0.599), t_table = 0.514 of the error level of 5%. Stating " r_count is greater than t_table, then Ho is rejected, and Ha is accepted". The results of the regression equation prove Y = 25,359 + 0.840X, meaning that there is a positive influence between the level of community participation in the development of BUMDes. With the results of the coefficient of determination (R Square) = 0.350 which shows the magnitude of the influence between the level of community participation on BUMDes development with a magnitude of 35%.
