The Relationship Between Perceived Organizational Support and Organizational Citizenship Behavior in Employees
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkapkan terdapat hubungan signifikan antara perceived organziational support dan organizational citizenship behavior pada karyawan PT. X. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam jenis penelitian kuantitatif atau lebih tepatnya kuantitatif asosiatif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT. X. Instrumen pada penelitian ini menggunakan skala likert untuk menguji variabel perceived organizational support dan organizational citizenship behavior. Dari hasil pengolahan data penelitian ini didapatkan nilai skor korelasi pearson sebesar 0,473 terkategori cukup kuat menggambarkan hubungan kedua variabel tersebut. Hipotesis penelitian dinyatakan diterima bahwa adanya hubungan signifikan antara perceived organziational support dan organizational citizenship behavior pada karyawan PT. X. Temuan ini dimaknai bahwa jika perceived organziational support tinggi di PT.X maka organizational citizenship behavior pada karyawan PT. X juga tinggi, begitu pula sebaliknya.
This study aims to reveal that there is a significant relationship between perceptions of organizational support and organizational citizenship behavior among PT. X. This research is included in the type of quantitative research or more precisely quantitative associative. The subjects in this study were all employees of PT. X. The instrument in this study used a Likert scale to test the variables of perceptions of organizational support and organizational citizenship behavior. From the results of processing the research data, it was found that the Pearson correlation score of 0.473 was categorized as strong enough to describe the relationship between the two variables. The research hypothesis is accepted that there is a significant relationship between perceived organizational support and organizational citizen behavior among employees of PT. X. This finding means that if the perception of organizational support is high at PT.X then the organizational citizenship behavior of PT. X and vice versa.
