Grand Dharmahusada Lagoon merupakan apartemen yang memiliki beberapa permasalahan terhadap kondisi tanah, sehingga dalam penerapan digunakan metode ground anchor sebagai penguat dinding penahan tanah dalam pembangunan basement apartemen. Pemasangan ground anchor sangat dibutuhkan karena dapat menahan gaya lateral tanah dari tekanan tanah aktif. Ground anchor sendiri memiliki beberapa komponen antara lain: head anchor, free length, bond length, strand, cement grout.
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan desain Ground Anchor yang sesuai dalam menanggulangi permasalahan pergeseran tanah proyek apartemen Grand Dharmahusada Lagoon.
Hasil penelitian setiap ground anchor yang dipasang memiliki jarak 1 meter, dapat menahan gaya lateral sebesar 5,8 ton. Dalam perencanaan didapat diameter grouting pada setiap anchor 0,3 meter dan panjang grouting pada setiap anchor sepanjang 13 meter, sedangkan jumlah strand pada setiap anchor terdiri dari 15 strand berdiameter 0,5 inc (1,27 cm/strand).

The purpose of this study was to obtain a suitable Ground Anchor design in addressing the problem of land shifting in the Grand Dharmahusada Lagoon apartment project.
The results of each ground anchor mounted have a distance of 1 meters, can withstand lateral forces of 5,8 tons. In the planning obtained grouting diameter at each anchor is 0.3 meters and grouting length at each anchor along 13 meters, while the number of strands at each anchor consists of 15 strands of 0.5 inc diameter (1.27 cm / strand).
