Pengaruh User Experience dan Quality Content Terhadap Penggunaan Artifical Intelligence (AI) Pada Mahasiswa Pendidikan Administrasi Perkantoran 

The Effect of User Experience and Quality Content on the Use of Artifical Intelligence (AI) in Office Administration Education Students 

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh user experience dan quality content terhadap penggunaan artificial intelligence (AI) pada mahasiswa pendidikan administrasi perkantoran. Jenis penelitian ini ialah explanatory research dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populas Penelitian ialah mahasiswa pendidikan administrasi perkantoran angkatan 2023 dan 2024 dengan jumlah sampel 245 orang dari total populasi 640 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui angket/kuesioner. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan IBM SPSS Statistic 22. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa user experience tidak berpengaruh terhadap penggunaan AI sedangkan quality content berpengaruh terhadap penggunaan AI. Secara simultan, user experience dan quality content berpengaruh terhadap penggunaan AI. Temuan ini memberikan gambaran mengenai faktor-faktor yang dapat memengaruhi penggunaan AI dalam kegiatan pembelajaran oleh mahasiswa. 

This study aims to determine the effect of user experience and quality content on the use of artificial intelligence (AI) in office administration education students. This type of research is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The research population is office administration education students class 2023 and 2024 with a sample size of 245 people from a total population of 640 people. Data collection was done through a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis with the help of IBM SPSS Statistic 22. The results showed that user experience has no effect on the use of AI while quality content affects the use of AI. Simultaneously, user experience and quality content affect the use of AI. These findings provide an overview of the factors that can influence the use of AI in learning activities by students.
