Abstrak
Secangkir Rindu Café berdiri dari tahun 2019 yang berlokasi di Jalan Karang Menur III nomor 11B Kota Surabaya. Café ini lokasinya kurang strategis karena berada di dalam sebuah gang sehingga kurang diketahui oleh customer. Selain itu karena banyaknya pesaing coffee shop yang ada di Surabaya maka perlu adanya media promosi yang tepat salah satunya media promosi Instagram. Perancangan ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan konsep dan strategi perancangan media promosi Secangkir_Rindu_Café sehingga dapat bersaing dan mampu bereksistensi di Kota Surabaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif melalui pendekatan Design Thinking menurut Stanford (2000) dengan observasi dan depth interview dalam menggali data. Pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil perancangan ini berupa media promosi di media sosial Instagram meliputi desain feed, story serta video reels.
Abstract
Secangkir Rindu Café was established in 2019 which is located at Jalan Karang Menur III number 11B Surabaya City. This cafe is not strategically located because it is in an alley so it is not well known by customers. In addition, because there are many coffee shop competitors in Surabaya, it is necessary to have the right promotional media, one of which is Instagram promotion media. This design aims to describe the concept and strategy of designing promotional media for "Secangkir Rindu Café" so that it can compete and be able to exist in the city of Surabaya. This study uses a qualitative method through the Design Thinking approach according to Stanford (2000) with observation and in-depth interviews to collect data. Data collection through interviews, observation, and documentation studies. The results of this design are promotional media on Instagram social media including feed, story and video reel designs.
