Studi Literatur: Kecerdasan Intelektual Dengan Perilaku Seksual Menyimpang Remaja Tunagrahita
Literature Study: Intellectual Intelligence and Sexual Behavior of Mentally retarded Adolescents
Perilaku seksual mengiringi perkembangan setiap remaja tunagrahita yang memasuki masa pubertas, hormon berkembang normal dan matang. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan kaitan kecerdasan intelektual dengan munculnya perilaku seksual remaja tunagrahita. Metode penelitian literature review digunakan dengan prosedur: perumusan masalah dan tujuan penelitian, analisis masalah, penentuan kata kunci dan data base, penentuan kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi, seleksi literature dan analisis data. Hasil kriteria eksklusinya anak tunagrahita yang belum mengalami masa pubertas, sedangkan kriteria inklusinya remaja tunagrahita yang telah memasuki masa pubertas. Sumber data penelitian adalah Google Scholar, Research Gate, Digital Library Universitas Negeri Surabaya dengan jangka waktu dari 2016-2021. Hasil penelitian ini bahwa, kecerdasan intelektual bukan pemicu munculnya perilaku seksual remaja tunagrahita. Kecerdasan intelektual hanya berfungsi sebagai pengendali. Demikian juga rendahnya tingkat kecerdasan remaja tunagrahita menyebabkan kurang dapat berpikir secara abstrak, dukungan orang tua dan sekolah serta pemicu lainnya tentang kesehatan seksual dan sosial lingkungan. Simpulan dalam penelitian ini bahwa, penyimpangan perilaku seksual untuk remaja tunagrahita yang kurang dapat dikendalikan saat masturbasi, menempelkan alat kelamin, berpacaran, menonton video porno.

Sexual behavior accompanies the development of every mentally retarded teenager who enters puberty, hormones develop normally and mature. The purpose of this study was to describe the relationship between intellectual intelligence and the emergence of sexual behavior in mentally retarded adolescents research method is literature review used with the following procedures: problem formulation and research objectives, problem analysis, determination of keywords and data base, determination of inclusion and exclusion criteria, literature selection and data analysis. The results of the exclusion criteria are mentally retarded children who have not yet experienced puberty, while the inclusion criteria are mentally retarded adolescents who have entered puberty. Sources of research data are Google Scholar, Research Gate, Digital Library, State University of Surabaya with a period of 2016-2021. The results of this study indicate that intellectual intelligence is not a trigger for the emergence of mental retardation adolescents' sexual behavior. Intellectual intelligence only functions as a controller. Likewise, the low level of intelligence of mentally retarded adolescents causes them to be unable to think abstractly, support from parents and schools as well as other triggers regarding sexual health and the social environment. The conclusion in this study is that sexual behavior deviations for mentally retarded adolescents who cannot be controlled when masturbating, sticking genitals, dating, watching porn videos.
