Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan keterlaksanaan implementasi guided inquiry berbasis laboratorium pada materi Getaran Harmonis di SMA Negeri 1 Ngimbang, mendeskripsikan keterampilan proses sains peserta didik setelah diberikan implementasi guided inquiry berbasis laboratorium pada materi Getaran Harmonis di SMA Negeri 1 Ngimbang, dan mendeskripsikan respon peserta didik setelah diterapkan guided inquiry berbasis laboratorium untuk meningkatkan keterampilan proses sains pada materi Getaran Harmonis di SMA Negeri 1 Ngimbang. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan metode penelitian pre-experimental dan desain penelitian menggunakan One group pretest-posttest design, dengan jumlah subjek penelitian sebanyak 101 peserta didik kelas X IPA di SMA Negeri 1 Ngimbang. Berdasarkan analisis data dengan instrumen penelitian yang digunakan berupa lembar pengamatan keterlaksanaan pembelajaran, lembar pengamatan tes kinerja melakukan percobaan, dan lembar soal pre-test dan post-test, dan angket respon siswa, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa keterlaksanaan Guided Inquiry berbasis laboratorium untuk meningkatkan keterampilan proses sains pada materi getaran harmonis memperoleh presentase sebesar 89,6% dengan kategori sangat baik. Analisis data menggunakan uji-t berpasangan dan perhitungan N-gain. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model pembelajaran Guided Inquiry berbasis laboratorium pada materi getaran harmonis dapat meningkatkan keterampilan proses sains di ketiga kelas tersebut secara signifikan pada α=5%, dengan nilai rata-rata n-gain sebesar 0,71 berkategori tinggi. Berdasarkan analisis angket respon peserta didik, diperoleh bahwa respon peserta didik setelah diterapkan pembelajaran guided inquiry berbasis laboratorium ini termasuk dalam kategori sangat baik dengan rata-rata .

This research aims to describe the implementation of guided inquiry with laboratory based in Harmonious Vibration materials in SMA Negeri 1 Ngimbang, describing student’s scientific process skill due to Harmonious Vibration materials after guided inquiry with laboratory-based instruction model applying in SMA Negeri 1 Ngimbang, and described the response of students after application laboratory-based guided inquiry to improve science process skills in Harmonious Vibration materials in SMA Negeri 1 Ngimbang. This research uses quantitative descriptive with true-experimental methods and one group pre-test and post-test design, apply to 101 students of class X IPA in SMA Negeri 1 Ngimbang. Based on data analysis with research instruments used in the form of learning implementation observation sheets, performance test observation sheets conducting experiments, and pre-test and post-test question sheets, and student response questionnaires, it can be concluded the implementation of guided inquiry with laboratory learning model to scientific process skill of the students in this Harmonious Vibration materials got a percentage of 89,6% with a very good category. Data analysis using paired T-test and N-gain calculation. The results showed that laboratory-based Guided Inquiry learning models in harmonic vibration material could significantly improve science process skills in all three classes at α = 5%, with an average n-gain value of 0.71 in the high category. Based on the students' response questionnaire analysis, it was found that the response of students after being applied to laboratory-based guided inquiry learning was included in the excellent category with an average of 82.15%.
