Internet of Things Based Temperature, Relative Humidity, and Dew Point Monitoring System in GIS 150 kV Gunungsari Surabaya

Pengembunan terjadi pada panel listrik di ruang rectifier GIS 150 kV Gunungsari Surabaya sehingga dilakukan pemantauan terhadap temperatur, kelembaban relatif, dan titik embun. Untuk meminimalisir terjadinya embun, pemantauan dilakukan menggunakan ESP32 Devkit V1 dan Sensor BME280 sebagai komponen utama dalam sistem alat monitor. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sistem alat monitor temperatur, kelembaban relatif, dan titik embun berbasis internet of things (IoT) yang dapat menginterpretasikan kondisi embun di ruang rectifier GIS 150 kV Gunungsari Surabaya. Pendekatan regresi linear digunakan untuk mengkalibrasi alat monitor sehingga dapat mengurangi perbedaan antara nilai yang diamati dan nilai yang diprediksi. Alat monitor diletakkan di tiga titik uji yaitu titik uji dalam panel, titik uji jauh dari AC, dan titik uji dekat AC untuk menginterpretasikan kondisi ruangan rectifier serta panel Direct Current Distribution Board (DCDB). Hasil rancang bangun sistem alat monitor menunjukkan akurasi 99,56% dan ketelitian 99,39% untuk pengukuran temperatur, akurasi 99,60% dan ketelitian 99,25% untuk pengukuran kelembaban relatif, serta akurasi 99,20% dan ketelitian 98,64% untuk pengukuran titik embun. Sistem alat monitor berhasil menginterpretasikan kondisi ruang rectifier dan panel DCDB secara real time melalui Blynk App. Hasil pengukuran menunjukkan bahwa temperatur dan kelembaban relatif yang diukur pada ruang rectifier GIS 150 kV Gunungsari Surabaya sesuai dengan standar SPLN 118-3-1:1996 dan pedoman IEC 62271-1, namun panel 110 V DCDB mengalami pengembunan dengan kelembaban relatif mencapai 95 % pada malam hari. Dengan demikian, sistem alat monitor menggunakan ESP32 dan BME280 bekerja secara optimal dalam pemantauan temperatur, kelembaban relatif dan titik embun berbasis IoT serta mampu menginterpretasikan kondisi ruangan yang sering mengalami pengembunan.

Condensation occurred on the electrical panel in the GIS 150 kV Gunungsari Surabaya rectifier room so that temperature, relative humidity and dew point were monitored. To minimize the occurrence of dew, monitoring is carried out using the ESP32 Devkit V1 and the BME280 Sensor as the main components in the monitoring system. This research aims to design an internet of things (IoT) based temperature, relative humidity and dew point monitoring system that can interpret dew conditions in the GIS 150 kV Gunungsari Surabaya rectifier room. A linear regression approach is used to calibrate monitoring tools so as to reduce the difference between observed and predicted values. The monitoring equipment is placed at three test points, namely the test point in the panel, the test point far from the AC, and the test point near the AC to interpret the condition of the rectifier room and the Direct Current Distribution Board (DCDB) panel. The results of the monitoring system design show 99.56% accuracy and 99.39 % accuracy for temperature measurements, 99.60 % accuracy and 99.25 % accuracy for relative humidity measurements, and 99.20 % accuracy and 98.64 % accuracy. for dew point measurement. The monitoring system successfully interpreted the conditions of the rectifier room and DCDB panels in real time via the Blynk App. The measurement results show that the temperature and relative humidity measured in the GIS 150 kV Gunungsari Surabaya rectifier room are in accordance with SPLN 118-3-1:1996 standards and IEC 62271-1 guidelines, however the 110 V DCDB panel experiences condensation with relative humidity reaching 95 % at evening. Thus, the monitoring system using ESP32 and BME280 works optimally in monitoring temperature, relative humidity and dew point based on IoT and is able to interpret room conditions that often experience condensation.
