Hubungan Antara Kepuasan Kerja Dengan Organizational Citizenship Behavior Pada Guru
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kepuasan kerja terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) pada guru. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh pengajar SD Muhammadiyah X. Teknik penentuan sampel menggunakan sampling jenuh yang berjumlah 65 guru dengan masa kerja 2 tahun. Teknik analisis data penelitian menggunakan korelasi Pearson Product Moment. Berdasarkan uji korelasi menunjukkan nilai signifikan 0.000 (p<0.05) artinya terdapat hubungan signifikan antara kepuasan kerja dengan organizational citizenship behavior. Hasil dari nilai koefisien korelasi menunjukkan sebesar 0.772 (r=0.772) sehingga dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa hubungan antara variabel kepuasan dengan organizational citizenship behavior berada pada kategori kuat serta berhubungan positif atau searah. Hubungan positif diartikan bahwa semakin tinggi kepuasan kerja yang dirasakan oleh guru, maka semakin tinggi pula organizational citizenship behaviornya. Sebaliknya, jika kepuasan kerja yang dirasakan rendah maka semakin rendah pula organizational citizenship behavior pada guru.
This study aims to determine the relationship between job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) in teachers. The research was conducted using quantitative research methods. The research population was all teachers of SD Muhammadiyah X. The sampling technique used saturated sampling with a total of 65 teachers with a working period of 2 years. The research data analysis technique uses Pearson Product Moment correlation. Based on the correlation test, it shows a significant value of 0.000 (p <0.05), meaning that there is a significant relationship between job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior. The results of the correlation coefficient value show 0.772 (r = 0.772) so it can be concluded that the relationship between the variables of satisfaction with organizational citizenship behavior is in the strong category and has a positive or unidirectional relationship. A positive relationship means that the higher the job satisfaction felt by the teacher, the higher the organizational citizenship behavior. Conversely, if the perceived job satisfaction is low, the lower the organizational citizenship behavior of teachers.
