IMPLEMENTASI PROGRAM NAWA KARSA GRESIK CERDAS DALAM MENINGKATKAN KUALITAS GURU SD DI KABUPATEN GRESIK

IMPLEMENTATION OF THE NAWA KARSA GRESIK SMART PROGRAM IN IMPROVING THE QUALITY OF ELEMENTARY SCHOOL TEACHERS IN GRESIK

Program Nawa Karsa Gresik Cerdas dirancang dan dilaksanakan melalui pendekatan yang sistematis, terstruktur, dan berkelanjutan untuk meningkatkan kualitas profesionalisme guru Sekolah Dasar di Kabupaten Gresik. Program ini mencakup serangkaian kegiatan strategis, seperti pelatihan intensif, pendampingan yang berkesinambungan, dan pembentukan komunitas belajar profesional yang efektif. Dengan menekankan penguasaan teknologi, peningkatan keterampilan pedagogis, dan implementasi metode pembelajaran berbasis siswa, program ini dirancang untuk menghadapi kompleksitas tantangan pendidikan era modern.

Program Nawakarsa Gresik Cerdas menunjukkan peningkatan kompetensi guru Sekolah Dasar secara signifikan dalam keterampilan penggunaan teknologi, kemampuan pedagogis, dan adaptasi terhadap metode pembelajaran yang partisipatif dan berpusat pada siswa. Di samping itu, penguatan kemampuan guru dalam melakukan evaluasi pembelajaran secara formatif telah memampukan mereka untuk merespons kebutuhan siswa dengan lebih adaptif dan tepat waktu. Dampak positif ini memperkuat lingkungan pembelajaran yang dinamis dan relevan, yang sejalan dengan tuntutan pendidikan berbasis hasil belajar siswa.

Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan sebagian besar guru Sekolah Dasar di Kabupaten Gresik menunjukkan persepsi yang sangat positif terhadap Program Nawa Karsa Gresik Cerdas. Mereka mengapresiasi manfaat nyata program ini dalam mendukung pengembangan kompetensi profesional mereka. Terutama dengan adanya pembentukan komunitas belajar profesional berperan penting dalam mendukung kolaborasi dan pertukaran pengalaman antar guru, yang pada akhirnya meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran. Tantangan yang dihadapi dalam implementasi program ini meliputi keterbatasan infrastruktur di wilayah terpencil, resistensi perubahan di kalangan guru senior, serta beban administratif yang tinggi. Dukungan dari Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Gresik dan kepala sekolah diperlukan untuk mengoptimalkan efektivitas program ini, termasuk peningkatan fasilitas teknologi, penyediaan waktu khusus bagi guru untuk pelatihan, dan pengurangan beban administratif. Program Nawa Karsa Gresik Cerdas telah berhasil meningkatkan kompetensi dan kualitas guru Sekolah Dasar di Kabupaten Gresik. Untuk menjaga keberlanjutan dan efektivitas program, diperlukan peningkatan dukungan infrastruktur, pengurangan beban administratif, serta pelibatan masyarakat dan pemangku kepentingan lainnya. Evaluasi berkelanjutan dan penyesuaian program juga penting agar program ini tetap relevan dan efektif dalam jangka panjang.

Nawa Karsa Gresik Cerdas program is designed and implemented through a systematic, structured and sustainable approach to improve the quality of professionalism of primary school teachers in Gresik district. The program includes a series of strategic activities, such as intensive training, continuous mentoring, and the establishment of effective professional learning communities. By emphasizing mastery of technology, improvement of pedagogical skills, and implementation of student-based learning methods, the program is designed to face the complexity of modern era education challenges.

Nawakarsa Gresik Cerdas program shows a significant increase in the competence of primary school teachers in technology use skills, pedagogical abilities, and adaptation to articipatory and student-centered learning methods. In addition, strengthening teachers' ability to conduct formative learning evaluations has enabled them to respond to student needs in a more adaptive and timely manner. This positive impact strengthens a dynamic and relevant learning environment, which is in line with the demands of student learning outcome-based education.

The results of this study show that most primary school teachers in Gresik district have very positive perceptions of Nawa Karsa Gresik Cerdas Program. They appreciate the real benefits of this program in supporting the development of their professional competencies. In articular, the formation of professional learning communities plays an important role in supporting collaboration and exchange of experiences between teachers, which ultimately improves the quality of learning. Challenges faced in implementing the program include limited infrastructure in remote areas, resistance to change among senior teachers and high administrative burdens. Support from Gresik District Education Office and school principals are needed to optimize the effectiveness of this program, including improved technology facilities, provision of dedicated time for teachers for training, and reduced administrative burden. Nawa Karsa Gresik Cerdas program has successfully improved the competence and quality of primary school teachers in Gresik district. To maintain the sustainability and effectiveness of the program, it is necessary to increase infrastructure support, reduce administrative burden, and involve the community and other stakeholders. Continuous evaluation and program adjustments are also important for the program to remain relevant and effective in the long term.
