Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis apakah guru telah melaksanakan model pembelajaran kooperatif Think Pair Share (TPS), untuk menganalisis capaian hasil belajar siswa dalam penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif Think Pair Share (TPS), dan untuk menganalisis respon siswa setelah diterapkan model pembelajarn kooperatif Think Pair Share (TPS). Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dengan menggunakan model dari Kemmis dan Mc Taggart. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI Akuntansi dan Keuangan Lembaga 1 SMKN 4 Surabaya tahun pelajaran 2018/2019 yang berjumlah 36 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan dilakukan dengan observasi, tes, dan kuesioner. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan yaitu lembar observasi, lembar tes, dan lembar kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis pelaksanaan model pembelajaran kooperatif Think Pair Share (TPS), analisis hasil belajar siswa, dan analisis respon siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru telah melaksanakan model pembelajaran kooperatif Think Pair Share (TPS) sesuai sintak yang terdapat dalam RPP ditunjukkan dengan perolehan skor keterlaksanaan 86% pada siklus I dan siklus II dengan skor 96%. Hasil belajar siswa mengalami peningkatan, dibuktikan dengan ketuntasan klasikal di siklus 75% sedangkan di siklus II sebesar 89%. Respon siswa terhadap penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif Think Pair Share (TPS) mendapatkan respon positif hal ini ditunjukkan dengan skor 80% pada siklus I dan skor 87% pada siklus II.

The purpose of this research is to analyze whether the teacher has implemented the think pair share cooperative learning model, to analyze student learning outcomes achievements in application of Think Pair Share (TPS) cooperative learning model, and to analyze student’s response after the application of Think Pair Share (TPS) cooperative learning model. This research is a Classroom Action Research (CAR) using Kemmis and Mc Taggart model. The subjects in this research are 36 students from XI grade Accounting and Financial Institutions 1 from Vocational High School 4 Surabaya year of studies 2018/2019. Data collecting technique done by using observation, test, and questionnaire. Research instruments used are observation sheet, test sheet, and questionnaire sheet. Data analyzing technique used are implementation analysis of Think Pair Share (TPS) cooperative learning model, student’s learning outcomes analysis, and student’s response analysis. Research result showing that teacher has implemented the Think Pair Share (TPS) cooperative learning model according to the syntax contained in the RPP showed by score gained from implementation aspect by 86 % on cycle I and 96 % on cycle II. Student learning outcomes increased, proved by classical completeness by 75% on cycle I and 89% on cycle II. Student response to the implementation of Think Pair Share cooperative learning model gets positive response shown by 80% score on cycle I and 87% on cycle II.
