Biomotor Analysis of the Physical Condition of Male Fencing Athletes in Situbondo Regency
Anggar merupakan olahraga pertarungan senjata yang ditunjang oleh perfoma kemampuan fisik, seperti pentingnya tingkat koordinasi tinggi, explosif kekuatan, kecepatan dan ketepatan untuk efektifitas yang dipadukan dengan teknik dan taktik yang saling melengkapi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui seberapa besar nilai biomotor kondisi fisik atlet anggar putra Kabupaten Situbondo. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif deskriptif. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 32 atlet anggar putra Kabupaten Situbondo. Pengukuran tes biomotor kondisi fisik antara lain indeks massa tubuh, kecepatan, kekuatan, kelentukan, daya tahan, daya ledak, keseimbangan koordinasi, kelincahan, dan akurasi.
Hasil analisis indeks massa tubuh rata-rata 21,9 kg/m2. Kecepatan rata-rata 5,16 sec. Kekuatan lengan rata-rata 26,75 kali/menit. Kekuatan tungkai rata-rata 111,41 kg. Kelentukan sit & reach rata-rata 33,14 cm, ankle flexibility kaki kanan 14,71 cm, kaki kiri 16,31 cm, upper body flexibility kanan 0,09 cm, kiri 1,19 cm, dan full 0 cm. Daya tahan rata-rata 42,26 ml/kg/min. Daya ledak lengan rata-rata 172,74 watt. Daya ledak tungkai rata-rata 19,08 watt. Keseimbangan rata-rata 16,55 sec. Koordinasi rata-rata 4,98 sec. Kelincahan rata-rata 11,24 sec. Akurasi rata-rata 8,15 tusukan.
Persentase IMT 56,2% berkategori ideal, 21,9% underweight, dan 21,9% overweight. Kecepatan 34,4% cukup, 28% baik, 25% kurang, 6,3% baik sekali, dan 6,3% kurang sekali. Kekuatan lengan 40,6% cukup, 28,1% kurang, 21,9% baik, 6,3% kurang sekali, dan 3,1% baik sekali. Kekuatan tungkai 75% cukup, 12,5% kurang, dan 12,5% kurang sekali. Sit & Reach 31,3% kurang, 28% cukup, 25% baik, 9,4% baik sekali, dan 6,3% kurang sekali. Ankle felxibility kanan 46,9% cukup, 28% kurang, 18,8% kurang sekali, 6,3% baik. Ankle flexibility kiri 56,2% baik, 37,5% cukup, dan 6,3% kurang. Upper body flexibility full semua atlet berkategori baik sekali dengan persentase 100%. Daya tahan 49,8% cukup, 18,8% baik, 18,8% kurang, 6,3% baik sekali, dan 6,3% kurang sekali. Daya ledak lengan 43,6% cukup, 21,9% baik, 21,9% kurang, 6,3% baik sekali, dan 6,3% kurang sekali. Daya ledak tungkai 71,9% cukup, 12,5% baik, 9,4% kurang, 3,1% baik sekali, dan 3,1% kurang sekali. Keseimbangan 43,7% cukup, 37,5% kurang, 9,4% baik sekali, dan 9,4% baik. Koordinasi 34,4% cukup, 28,1% kurang, 25% baik, 9,4% kurang sekali, dan 3,1% baik sekali. Kelincahan 43,8% cukup, 28% baik, 18,8% kurang, 6,3% kurang sekali, dan 3,1% baik sekali. Akurasi Tusukan 53,1% baik sekali, 31,3% baik, dan 15,6% cukup.
Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini antara lain IMT ideal, kecepatan cukup, kekuatan lengan cukup, kekuatan tungkai cukup, kelentukan sit & reach kurang, ankle flexibility kanan cukup, kiri kurang, upper body flexiblity baik sekali, daya tahan cukup, daya ledak lengan cukup, daya ledak tungkai cukup, keseimbangan cukup, koordinasi cukup, kelincahan cukup, dan akurasi tusukan baik.
Fencing is a weapon combat sport supported by physical ability performance, such as the importance of high coordination levels, explosive strength, speed, and accuracy for effectiveness combined with complementary techniques and tactics. This study aimed to determine the value of the biomotor physical condition of male fencing athletes in Situbondo Regency. This type of research is quantitative descriptive. The subjects of the study were 32 male fencing athletes in Situbondo Regency. The biomotor physical condition test measures include body mass index, speed, strength, flexibility, endurance, explosive power, balance coordination, agility, and accuracy.
Analysis of the body mass index has an average of 21.9 kg/m2. Average speed 5.16 sec. Average arm strength 26.75 times/minute. Average leg strength 111.41 kg. Average sit & reach flexibility 33.14 cm, right ankle flexibility 14.71 cm, left leg 16.31 cm, right upper body flexibility 0.09 cm, left 1.19 cm, and full 0 cm. Average endurance 42.26 ml/kg/min. The average arm explosive power is 172.74 watts. The average leg explosive power is 19.08 watts. Average balance 16.55 sec. Average coordination 4.98 sec. Average agility 11.24 sec. Average accuracy 8.15 stabs.
The BMI percentage was 56.2% in the ideal category, 21.9% underweight and 21.9% overweight. Speed 34.4% is sufficient, 28% is good, 25% is poor, 6.3% is excellent, and 6.3% is very poor. Arm strength was 40.6% sufficient, 28.1% poor, 21.9% good, 6.3% very poor, and 3.1% excellent. Leg strength was 75% sufficient, 12.5% insufficient, and 12.5% very poor. Sit & Reach 31.3% poor, 28% fair, 25% good, 9.4% excellent, and 6.3% very poor. Right ankle flexibility is 46.9% fair, 28% poor, 18.8% very poor, 6.3% good. Left ankle flexibility was 56.2% good, 37.5% fair, and 6.3% poor. Complete upper body flexibility for all athletes is categorized as very good with a percentage of 100%. Endurance was 49.8% fair, 18.8% good, 18.8% poor, 6.3% excellent, and 6.3% very poor. Arm explosive power was 43.6% sufficient, 21.9% good, 21.9% poor, 6.3% excellent, and 6.3% abysmal. Leg explosive power was 71.9% sufficient, 12.5% good, 9.4% poor, 3.1% excellent, and 3.1% very poor. The balance was 43.7% fair, 37.5% poor, 9.4% excellent, and 9.4% good. 34.4% of coordination was sufficient, 28.1% was poor, 25% was good, 9.4% was very poor, and 3.1% was excellent. Agility was 43.8% sufficient, 28% good, 18.8% poor, 6.3% very poor, and 3.1% excellent. Puncture accuracy was 53.1% excellent, 31.3% good, and 15.6% fair.
The conclusions of this study include ideal BMI, sufficient speed, sufficient arm strength, sufficient leg strength, lack of sit & reach flexibility, sufficient right ankle flexibility, lacking left, excellent upper body flexibility, sufficient endurance, sufficient arm explosive power, sufficient leg explosive power, sufficient balance, sufficient coordination, sufficient agility, and good stabbing accuracy.
