Pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja Terhadap Komitmen Organisasi pada Guru Sekolah Dasar Swasta di Surabaya Barat
The Effect of Job Satisfaction on Organizational Commitment in Private Elementary School Teachers in West Surabaya
Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui hasil dari tingkat kepuasan kerja guru, gambaran tingkat komitmen organisasi, dan pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi guru sekolah dasar. Permasalahan yang diteliti dalam penelitian ini berkaitan dengan kurangnya komitmen organisasional guru dalam mengajar di sekolah, grand theory yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu teori kepuasan kerja guru dari Jason A. Collquit dan teori komitmen organisasional dari Natalie J. Allen dan John P. Meyer. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan mengunakan statistik parametrik Uji Analisis Regresi Linier Sederhana. Data yang didapatkan dalam penelitian ini didapatkan melalui hasil angket kuisioner menggunakan skala likert yang Respondennya merupakan Bapak/Ibu Guru sekolah dasar swasta yang terdapat pada surabaya barat meliputi kecamatan Tandes, Asemrowo, Sukomanunggal, Bonowo, Pakal, Lakarsantri, dan Sambikerep sebanyak 112 orang. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) kepuasan kerja guru SD di surabaya barat berada pada kategori sedang. (2) komitmen organisasional guru SD di surabaya barat berada pada kategori sedang. (3) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan kepuasan kerja terhadap komitmen organisasional guru yang dibuktikan dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu kepuasan kerja cukup berpengaruh terhadap komitmen organisasi guru SD di Surabaya Barat. oleh karena itu, komitmen organisasi dapat ditingkatkan melalui peningkatan kepuasan kerja guru.
This study was conducted to determine the results of the level of Teacher Job Satisfaction, an overview of the level of organizational commitment, and the effect of job satisfaction on the organizational commitment of elementary school teachers. The problems studied in this study are related to the lack of organizational commitment of teachers in teaching in schools, the grand theory used in this study is the theory of teacher job satisfaction from Jason A. Collquit and Natalie J.'s theory of organizational commitment. Allen and John P. Meyer. The research method using quantitative methods by using parametric statistics simple linear regression analysis test. The Data obtained in this study were obtained through the results of a questionnaire using a likert scale whose respondents were the father / mother of private elementary school teachers in West surabaya covering the districts of Tandes, Asemrowo, Sukomanunggal, Bonowo, Pakal, Lakarsantri, and Sambikerep as many as 112 people. The results of this study indicate that (1) job satisfaction of elementary school teachers in West surabaya is in the medium category. (2) organizational commitment of elementary school teachers in West surabaya is in the medium category. (3) there is a positive and significant effect of job satisfaction on the organizational commitment of teachers as evidenced by the significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. The conclusion of this study is that job satisfaction is quite influential on the organizational commitment of elementary school teachers in West Surabaya. therefore, organizational commitment can be increased through increased teacher job satisfaction.
