This research aims to develop a strategy for the Ngunut Village government through the Village-Owned Enterprise (BUMDes) MEKAR BIMO in improving clean water supply services in Ngunut Village, Dander District, Bojonegoro Regency. This study uses qualitative methods with data collection techniques through interviews and observation. This research also uses SWOT analysis to identify internal and external factors that influence the success of clean water provider services in Ngunut Village, Dander District, Bojonegoro Regency. The research results show that there are several weaknesses and obstacles in clean water supply services in Ngunut Village, Dander District, Bojonegoro Regency, such as a minimal budget, obstacles in the application of technology, inadequate existing infrastructure and supporting equipment and a lack of trained human resources. which exists. However, there are also opportunities and strengths, such as high community support, government support, the availability of abundant natural resources, the opportunity to use modern technology and the potential for expanding the water pipe network for the development of the MEKAR BIMO BUMDes business. Therefore, the Ngunut Village government's strategy through the proposed BUMDes includes efforts to improve infrastructure and equipment, improve the quality of human resources, and strengthen cooperation with the community and related parties. It is hoped that this strategy can increase the success of clean water supply services in Ngunut Village through BUMDes MEKAR BIMO.
